Fun adventure outing

Went for the 8AM early bird with pre booked admission. All staff we encountered were friendly. Crossing upper bridge we were the only ones on it. It shimmies in the middle which can be disquieting if you’re the nervous sort. Wouldn’t want to be out there with lots of foot traffic. Lower bridge later in early afternoon was busier and felt more movement. Walking trails well groomed. Did the Canyon Edge challenge park (harnessed rope course). Younger kiddo bowed out after the first green course- totally doable for him but personal preference. Self-rescue ropes on ziplines appreciated and keep things moving. We were there by 9 so lines were not an issue. Only husband did the black/hardest course. You need the upper body strength to do a pull-up. Loved it but was completely exhausted by the end. Mountain coaster was pretty long by 11:30 arrival but an absolute hoot. Single cars operated on a deadman brake switch so you control speed- great for nervous folks. Oldest and I did the giant zip line across the canyon. You CAN take your pack with you- they will add carabiners to make sure it stays on. Depending on your weight you can go upwards of 50kph. Do not attempt if you have a history of whiplash or neck issues- the stop at end is sudden. They have a quick system to retrieve you if you roll back from the platform so don’t panic. An amazing zip line experience if you’re brave enough to go. 14 year old is adventurous and loved everything. 11 year old doesn’t like heights very much so had a less enjoyable experience. But he loved the coaster.

Line system problematic

This s is a nice park and they are working to make it even better. They have a great kids play area and a fun set of activities available. BUT their current line system is immensely frustrating. If you download their app you can join a virtual queue to save time waiting in line. No one tells you this, however, when you buy your entrance tickets. We had no idea and waited over an hour in the line for the mountain coaster, watching the express line endlessly pass us by, before we finally figured this out. It felt very unfair and took away from our afternoon. If the park is going to use a system like this, everyone should be told about it from the outset. We’re glad we came, but some pieces are still a bit of a work in progress. I recommend coming, but definitely ask about this.

Great family fun!

We had a great day at the Golden Skybridge with our family of six (kids ages 11–16)! We purchased the Adventure Pass and spent about five hours there. Honestly, we could have stayed even longer because there was so much to do. The activities were a lot of fun, and all of our kids found something they enjoyed. The Mountain Coaster was definitely the highlight of the day for our family! The suspension bridges, zipline, climbing activities, and overall setting made for a memorable experience. We also got lucky with the wait times, so we were able to fit in everything we wanted to do. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The biggest issue was the lack of water on the adventure side of the park. The vending machines weren’t working, so the only option was to make the long walk back across to the main area just to get a drink. On a hot day, that’s something that really needs to be addressed. We also found the locker situation at the high ropes course disappointing. The lockers don’t have locks—they’re simply an honor system, and staff offered to “keep an eye on them.” With car keys, wallets, and phones, I wasn’t comfortable leaving our valuables unattended. Unfortunately, that meant I had to sit out the high ropes course, which was frustrating considering the cost of the Adventure Pass. Despite those issues, we still had a fantastic day and would absolutely recommend it to families with older kids and teens. It’s a beautiful location with lots of exciting activities, and with a few improvements to the water access and secure storage, it would easily be a five-star experience!

Tourist trap

This place is a tourist trap. Do not recommend. We were told our daughter was big enough to do all the activities and were sold an adventure pass which includes everything. Then we were also told she needed to rent shoes. We did. When we got to the attractions they said oops sorry she isn’t tall enough. And they would not issue a refund except for $10 of the $381 that I paid. What a rip off. In addition, it took close to 7 hours for the rest of our group to do any of the activities because the lines were INSANE!!!! More than 2 hours !!! Unacceptable. Do not recommend. What a sad waste of a precious vacation day. There are much more scenic and awesome places to go. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Family park

The park's description did not sufficiently indicate that the park was particularly suitable for families with children. For adults, the visit is not worth it.

Hungry!

This was a brilliant place to visit for an adventure. We booked the Adventurer Pass which includes everything. Our family is neurodiverse and doesn’t do well in crowds so we checked online and it looked like it would be better to go in the afternoon. I then checked the website and for this pass is suggested leaving 3-4 hours. So I booked for our entry at 2:45 pm (leaving us 5 hours for the visit and any breaks that we might need). However, it wasn’t enough and we missed out on axe throwing and the climbing wall. Not mention that by the time we got back to the “village” that the food outlets were shut. There is no where to buy food on the other side of the canyon apart from empty or out of order vending machines. You can’t bring food in either. We were very hungry and were also hurried out of the gift shop. The staff were all lovely and helpful but no one looked older than 30 and they all just wanted to pack up understandably. So my recommendation would be to definitely go to this but make sure you make a full day of it if you are getting the Adventurer Pass.

Expectations too high

The most disappointing activity with the pursuit pass, in our opinion. Great expectations followed by great disappointments. The roller coaster was closed without notice. Information requested from employees at the beginning of the trip, lacking communication.

A brilliant place to visit.

A fantastic day which would be great for both young and old. Excellent staff. We went for the bridge but stayed and did the zip line and runaway train. Loved every minute.

Fantastic!

We had a great day there with the whole family. We had the Adventure Pass to be able to do the first of the activities. All were super nice and everything was nice and fresh. Even the food on site was above expectations. We had smasched butgers and chicken fingers. Do not miss this if you are passing by. I might add that we were there before all the big holiday started so we had no waiting times.
