Everything was provided same as promised in the Turkey tour package on their site and itinerary. We visited multiple locations with our tour guide and came to know a lot about Turkey, as it was our first Turkey trip. They way guide told us history and culture was outstanding. Company arranged high quality hotels for us. Cuisine was also very good. The thing that inspired me the most was their honest and professional services! Loved my tour!

Photos don’t do justice with the actual beauty of Turkey. We visited Turkey for the first time and we’re truly delighted. Company handled everything so well. Such a detailed daily tours were made by us with Ahmad, who unfolded each and everything about all places. He was very gentle and kind guy. We loved the whole tour and all the arrangements well worth praising.

The sightseeing was excellent. Hotels were comfortable. However, some lunches were just Good. Not bad, but nothing special. Still, we give 5 stars.

After so long, we finally planned to visit Turkey for 6 days. It was our first trip to Turkey and we were so excited about balloon ride. Sadly the balloon ride was canceled on last moment. Not the company’s fault, just bad weather and extremely strong wind. Still enjoyed the tour…

We booked 6 days Turkey tour, covering major highlights of Turkey. Yes, there were long bus rides (especially Pamukkale day), but the scenery and destinations were so beautiful that we felt no more tired. Tours Flame truly made up our tour best.

The best part of my tour was that all flights were on time. Moreover, the hotels were good. But one thing was really disappointing, that we couldn’t have balloon ride due to poor weather condition in Cappadocia. Anyway, rest of my tour was good.

Very bad start but good overall. Big mistake leaving Istanbul in middle of night rather than going to Cappadocia and staying there overnight. As a result first day in Cappadocia we were all sleep deprived with no food that day until 2pm. This can easily be fixed by going to Cappadocia for the night rather than leaving Istanbul at 3am.
Dear Brian, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the early morning pickup on the first day was not comfortable for you. The tour you booked is a 6 Days / 5 Nights itinerary, and the early pickup (approximately 04:30–06:30) is clearly stated in the itinerary and confirmed again before departure, as it helps maximize sightseeing time. An overnight stay in Cappadocia can be arranged with an additional night, but this requires advance request, which we did not receive. Had we been informed earlier, we would have been happy to discuss alternative arrangements. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the rest of the tour and appreciate you traveling with us. When compared to other travel companies, Tours Flame offers very affordable pricing while yet offering excellent services. My six-day trip was really excellent throughout. The tour guide helped me at every stop and constantly taught me about new places. Everything was beyond expectations, including meals, transfers, pick-up and drop-off, and guidance.
