I had a wonderful time at the Amazon Treehouse! Vidal took our group on many amazing forest walks, where we saw macaws, capuchin monkeys, a white caiman, a bamboo rat, and many spiders and other insects, and he enlightened us on his indigenous culture’s ways. The treehouse accommodations were delightful, Daisy’s cooking was magnificent, and Romario was a terrific driver. I highly recommend for a first exposure to the Peruvian portion of the Amazon basin.

This has been one of the greatest adventures in my life! Vidal was a great quide and the whole crew tooked so good care of us. Food was excellent, treehouses were clean and fresh and the tours in the jungle were wonderful! I can really recommend this experience for you if you want to take a break of everything and focus on nature and you inner peace!🫶🏽

My brother, my cousin and I did a tour with Vidal and it was an experience we will never forget. Vidal is a great guide with so much warmth, humour and knowledge. We felt really at home during our tour and his family was truly amazing. I would recommend this tour to everyone, I learnt a lot about the djungle during this trip.

My sister and I booked this tour not fully knowing what to expect and were completely blown away with how it incredible it ended up. It was a long journey from Cusco to Manu Jungle, but the views were beautiful the whole way. Vidal and his family were so welcoming and kind which really made the weekend for us. The food was incredible (especially all the in season fruit) and we got to see so much wildlife in only a couple of days. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for showing us the jungle! I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a visit to Manu.

As I pieced our family's Peru trip together, I couldn't resist the idea of visiting the Peruvian Amazon, but had no where to begin my search for how to get to Manu National Park. TripAdvisor brought me to Bio Manu Expeditions and with 50+ reviews, of which nearly all were rated excellent, I immediately reached out to Vidal to book our trip. Vidal, the owner/operator, was responsive and helpful as we planned our time at his Treehouse Inn. He reached out a few days in advance to make sure we were ready and coordinate a pick-up time. It's a long journey from Cusco to Manu, but Vidal made sure we had stops, good food, and took in the scenery. It's a gorgeous drive, even in the early days of the rainy season. He continually emphasized that this was our trip so we should speak up if we wanted to see something or stop on the journey. The two boat rides to the Treehouse Inn was all part of an incredible experience. There is nothing more beautiful than the rainforest from the river. But don't forget to pack rain coats (it is the rainforest after all). On our journey back on the boats was rainy, even under cover. The Treehouse Inn is rustic, but very comfortable. We all slept well, and avoided the worst of the bug bites thanks to netting around the beds. Vidal was a wonderful guide during a night hike (where my 11-year-old son was in a near panic over all the bugs), and during the day hike where my 13-year-old daughter had a three-hour running commentary at him. He was gracious, kind, patient, and helped us see quite a bit of creatures. Daisy was our chef for the three days and my daughter begged her to come home with us since her food was incredible. If you want a five star experience and want to truly experience Amazon living (with indoor plumbing and electricity), then book a trip with Vidal. You won't be disappointed. Our family is four people, two 40-something parents, a 13yo and a 11yo.

I was a solo female traveler and it is off season so I had the entire tour to myself. I can't express how SAFE & welcoming I felt. Vidal was my tour guide. We had so much fun. He is very knowledgeable, was very good at spotting animals,birds, bugs and more. The food was phenomenal. I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant each day. The schedule was beautifully planned. The tree house I stayed in was magical. I love how natural they try to keep it without making it look like a "resort" I wanted to experience the jungle and that I did! I'm going back next year and I can't wait. I honestly had the best time. Peru is my absolute favorite travel destination. The jungle just topped it off!
