Henter dig fra dit hotel eller et andet sted, som i vores gratis transportområde 2. Slap af i din private bil et par minutter (afhængig af afstand og trafikpropper) 3. Når du ankommer, hjertelig velkommen fra receptionisten 4. Receptionisten leverer speciel kølig te og køligt håndklæde til dig 5. Din terapeut møder dig og renser foden med specielt salt 6. Gå ind i dit private værelse, skift blødt, rent og komfortabelt tøj 7. Velkommen til brusebad før, men hvis efter massage ikke anbefales, skal du holde dig varm efter massage mindst 2-3 timer 8. Start din unikke oplevelse i Hjemmet 9. Efter afslutning leverer receptionisten vores specielle varme te og snack 10. Din private bil sender dig tilbage til hotellet eller et andet sted, som i vores gratis transportområde

Had the most amazing massage here. As. Female solo traveller it’s a lovely safe massage and spa. You have your own private room. I nearly fell asleep multiple times. If you’re in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend visiting ☺️

Such an amazing and relaxing experience from start to end. They offer hotel pick-up and drop-off from many spots in Old Town. When we stepped in, they were so welcoming and provided us with a refreshing cold drink and also a warm foot bath. They also took in our massage preference at check-in. We then went upstairs for our 2 hour massage and it was amazing. Our massage therapist was sure to check in on how the pressure was and how we were feeling and took note of what we wanted. We walked out feeling so relaxed and felt like we were on clouds. We had hot tea and a pastry waiting for us afterwards. We wish we had more time for a longer session here. The facility is super clean and would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax in Chiang Mai!

The masseuse was very friendly and nice the room has the right ambiance. Very happy with the buy one get one free and also the 20% promotion. We were picked up by the driver at the hotel and it was a free service.👍👍💕
Once I booked the tour, I received communications about setting up the pick up at the hotel. Unfortunately, the person that I was communicating with was confused because the tour was for the 23rd and the day I booked it was the 23rd. After a few exchanges, they realized that it was July and I was booking for November. I set the massage up for my wife, mom and sisters as I went on another adventure. Thinking things were all set up I went on my way. Later I received a text from my wife telling me that the pick-up time moved to 11:45. The story later unraveled that no one showed up to pick up my family. My wife asked the hotel to call the number and they informed her that they were very familiar with the company. The hostess at the site was very abrasive with the hotel desk person. She was adamant that no arrangements were ever made, but she also stated that they had a driver available and the family got picked up. Once my wife and family arrived, the hostess continued being short with them. Arguing no pick up was set up, and talking extremely fast when requested to slow down. The hostess customer service skills definitely were lacking. Once things all got sorted out, the ladies had a great massage and their masseuses were very nice, accommodating and did an excellent job! After the massage was over, the were driven back to the hotel. Once I heard their story, I reached back out to the company on the same page where the pick up was confirmed, and shared that no driver showed and that the hostess was rude and asked for it to be looked into for future customers. The response back was a thank you and they would investigate, but no apologies were offered. At the end of the day, double confirm your pick up and prepare for a fantastic massage. I would recommend this tour.
