We truly cannot imagine our Peru trip without Michael. Even before we arrived, we were panicking because we thought we'd missed out on Machu Picchu tickets entirely. He video called us, explained the situation clearly and calmly, and just said he would handle it and that we would get there — and he delivered exactly what he said.. Throughout the trip he took care of everything — transfers from Cusco to Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, last-minute Machu Picchu entrance tickets, and guiding us through the Sacred Valley with genuine knowledge, warmth and enthusiasm. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in how he talks about the history, the land, the people. What stood out beyond all of that was the extra effort he made for my mom, who is really into birding. He didn't just note it and move on — he actually took us to spots where she could properly bird, including a place to see condors. And llamas. She was over the moon. That kind of thoughtfulness isn't something you can put in a tour package. He stayed with us right until the end, made sure we got to the airport on time, and was a calm and steady presence throughout — including during the stressful moments. If you're planning a trip to Peru, just go with Michael. He'll take care of you.

I had a really great experience with Yupi in Cusco. We had a 12-hour time difference, yet he still answered all of my questions incredibly promptly… even when I hadn’t book the tour yet and it was already midnight in Peru… (sorry) Every time we had questions or confusion, he explained everything patiently and clearly without ever making us feel like we were bothering him. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and his attentiveness genuinely helped reduce our stress during the trip planning process. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency throughout the whole process. Since Machu Picchu online tickets were already sold out for the next few months, he never gave false promises or unrealistic guarantees. Instead, he clearly explained the situation, told us there were still limited on-site tickets available for tourists, and said they would try their best to help while making sure we understood that entry could not be guaranteed. Miguel is an excellent guide & has an engaging style. He has a wide knowledge of Peruvian archeological sites, history & art. He was remarkably cognizant of changing weather conditions to help us maximize our sightseeing experience. A fun guy!

Wow! Such an amazing time! Would not have been possible without Michael! Great Communication and always willing to answer any questions. The entire package price is beyond fair so reasonable for everything that is included. We did the 2-DAY full day Machu Pichu and even tho it was very last minute for me to book, Michael was there to save the day/trip!! Michael is an amazing tour guide. We had a group of 10 people and a very complicated schedule with not all 10 members participating in the same events and on different schedules. He planned out every detail every step of the way. We were his focus and his priority. He goes above and beyond making your experience tailored towards your wants and needs.
