My husband and I had a fantastic experience hiking the 2-day Short Inca Trail with AB Expeditions. Everything was extremely well organized, and our tour guide, Giovani was absolutely amazing! Giovani was a wonderful guide who made our journey to Machu Picchu truly enjoyable and memorable. We learned so much about Inca history, and his explanations in English were clear and informative. He made sure everything ran smoothly and on time and was always happy to answer our questions and take care of everyone’s needs. The views along the Inca Trail were absolutely stunning and breathtaking! Reaching Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate on the first day and seeing Machu Picchu before sunrise on the second day was unforgettable and amazing!! Giovani was also an outstanding photographer! He took so much time and care to capture beautiful photos of us and the entire group along the hiking trails and at Machu Picchu. We truly appreciated having these wonderful memories to take home with us. Another highlight was the delicious lunch prepared for us high in the Andes Mountains along the Inca Trail. There were so many delicious options, and everything was beautifully presented. The entire group felt truly special. The dinner/lunch in Aguas Calientes were equally delicious! What made this trip even more special was celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday together as a group during dinner. The restaurant staff made the occasion unforgettable by dressing him in a beautiful traditional Peruvian hat and bringing him a slice of chocolate cake with a candle and a birthday wish. It was such a fun and thoughtful surprise, and a truly special moment for both of us. My husband will never forget celebrating this milestone birthday in such a beautiful place! We also greatly appreciated Giovani’s prompt and helpful WhatsApp communication throughout the trip. We are especially grateful to both Giovani and AB Expeditions for arranging an extra night in Aguas Calientes at the last minute and organizing our transportation back to Cusco. Their outstanding service made everything so much easier for us. The entire experience was exceptional, and Giovani made our adventure even more enjoyable with his positive energy, kindness, and thoughtfulness. We highly recommend AB Expeditions and the 2-day Short Inca Trail tour to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Peru. It’s was a wonderful experience with our guide Giovanny and our agency AB expedition. Everything is well organized. Giovanny is attentive and friendly along the journey. The lunch provided in the first day is delicious and impressive regarding we are in the mountains of Andes. The hiking was not easy, hiking poles are definitely recommended

Very good experience with our guide Ricardo!!! And the chefs Danil and Isaac! Good season for the weather and the hike, although it took effort, we made it! Highly recommended! You will not regret it!

If i could i would give +100 :) Everything was very well organized, and our luggage was conveniently transported to the next hotel. Elias was the perfect guide — very friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting information. Daniel also cooked an excellent lunch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it!

The guide Miguel gave a very professional and passionate tour and explanation, and I learned a lot about Inca civilization and the local ecology during the process! The lunch on the first day was amazing; I could enjoy a rich meal deep in the mountains. I feel this trip was well worth the money, highly recommended!

The food and accommodation were both excellent, especially the lunch during the hike on the first day, which was astonishing. It's not easy to find delicious food in the deep mountains! The tour guide was also very enthusiastic and sincere in introducing the scenery along the way. I learned a lot about the Inca civilization during the introduction of Machu Picchu, and I am very satisfied!

Aiben was a fantastic guide with AB Expeditions. He had good stories and was an expert hiker. Knew a lot about Machu Pichu and its history as well. I highly recommend AB Expeditions and Aiben.
