Was a great way to see all the sites of the city without having to make our kiddos walk everywhere. The operators of the bus were very knowledgeable

I came from Brazil for the first time in Boston and the tour was amazing. I got to view the best spot and their app was great for my understanding of the history and language. I highly recommend it
It is not worth your money if you think you are getting a full calendar day of freely hopping on and off the bus. Our experience: We were told as we checked in at stop 1 that our ticket only bought the 9 stops associated with the “tour”- I.e., after we had passed by these, “our time to ride was over”, regardless of how much time was left in the day. I have ridden HOHO a number of times and never had that experience BEFORE! Too, the “driver-guide” seemed to be reciting something memorized- and he spoke it so fast, it was hardly comprehensible. To top it off he made it clear at the beginning of his talk that he did not want questions or input from the audience…. In fact he became quite irritable when someone asked something of him. If I could, I would like my money I spent on this “tour” returned to me!

Joey was awesome. We got off and when we got back on , we had a different driver. I offense but no one compares to Joey. He was knowledgeable and funny and very thoughtful. I hope his boss knows how good he is.
Greatest trolly I have ever taken in a city! We had Hugo as our tour guide and I will remember him for the rest of my life. He told us all kinds of things about the city that wasn't included in the online tour details about movies actors and people who have lived in Boston. He's also the greatest comedian ever! If you have Hugo or someone like him it's well worth the trip, please give Hugo a raise! I'll remember his "YEAH BABY!" for the rest of my living days.
We had a great time the drivers were very well informed and funny. The only misgivings, we thought we could go around all day , but we had to explore then goto the next stop because we were told we could only go around the loop once.
The young lady doing our tour was GREAT! Explained and gave interesting info the whole 1&1/2 hour tour.
