Our tour guide Justin was great! We enjoyed our time at Fenway park. Tour started on time and we would recommend to others!
Our guide was great. It was one of the best things we have done as a couple in 20 years
It was an excellent experience! I took my Dad (who is a big Red Sox fan) for his birthday. It was a great tour for Red Sox fans and general baseball fans alike. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. There are a lot of stairs and walking which we knew going into the tour. Our tour guide was courteous and we took breaks at different parts of the park, he checked in on everyone, and would tell us a bit of history about that section of the park. Overall I could not recommend this tour enough. The history of Fenway was fascinating to learn as well as seeing the Red Sox history too. The tour guides made it special and fun.
Large bags not allowed into the stadium There are a lot of stairs to climb but also an elevator is available if necessary
Fantastic tour of Fenway Park. And the tour guide really really knew what he was talking about. He was full of information on the Boston Red Sox and the history of Fenway Park and baseball, etc. If you are a baseball buff, this is an excellent tour for you. And for those of us who aren’t that much into baseball, this turned out to be really, really more interesting than I thought it would be. I don’t know that much about baseball, but they even had a real bat used by Babe Ruth and several signed baseballs from Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Babe Ruth. They had lots and lots and lots of signed baseballs and lots of other things in the museum. I highly recommend it.
I enjoyed the many stories told about the history of Fenway Park. It was interesting to learn about the park adapting to the shape of the neighborhood, and about the old wooden seats. My family liked the museum, where memorabilia was on display, and I liked the rooftop garden.
Lots of stairs. No elevator access. Mostly outside but somewhat covered. Bring your own water. Be prepared to move at a decent speed. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He carried a hand-held speaker so everyone could hear his narrative.
What a wonderful tour. We learned so much and got to see backstage of Fenway. We even sat in the seats on the green Monster!! Well worth the time!
What a great tour - one of the best! Our guide, William S., is extremely knowledgeable about Fenway and enthusiastically shared that with us! Thanks to Sriya and Charles who were available to answer questions and share information. We learned so much in one hour and walked to all the levels of the park! Our tour ended in the bar area, which is like a mini-museum. This was a fun tour - include it in your plans!
Merting point is across the street from gate D at the Red Sox store. There's a desk over there. Cool experience.
