Do not hesitate to book a trip with smartway.. All the drivers are both professional jeep drivers (mas Dika) and mbl travel (mas Adi) ..tour guidenya (mas Irvan) also did not lose pro, all make us very comfortable during the journey (pdhl we take open trip, as expected will ribet taunya smoothhhh) Oia,pouch powerbank I missed in the jeep,in it there is money (not a lot of si) but applause very much Dikanya smp hub me,even when I want gosend messenger to get brgny instead it stuff in front of my hotel sm mas Irvan Keep up the good work for smartway! best experience everrr!

My friend and I went for the halfday tour open trip (4pax) on the 23rd nov and we really enjoyed the tour! It was really easy and fast to communicate with their team and they always tried their best to cater to our requests. Our tour guide (Hamdan) was exceptional and always made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. He also takes good pics and was very patient with all our shenanigans🤣 Thank you for the great experience. Bromo was amazing and seeing it in person really felt surreal. Anyone considering them, I would recommend purely because of how easy, stress free, and fun they made the trip🩷

Everything went smoothly from the moment the trip started well organized, friendly team, and a guide who really knew how to make the journey enjoyable. The best part of the whole trip was the sunrise. It was absolutely stunning and honestly one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Standing there, watching the sky change colors, felt so special and it became the most memorable moment of my entire trip. Tired Abis took care of duty so lost his sense of stress even though he forgot to bring adequate outfit, still consistently enjoy the beautiful views
