The tour has been expensive compared to other activities/tours we have done in Indonesia. However, we had not found another tour to visit Monte Bromo during the day, NOT for sunrise (we prefer to sleep at night and avoid the crowds that go to Mount Bromo to see the sunrise). The experience was excellent, the volcano is impressive, and we enjoyed it almost alone. The drivers were very friendly, the jeep driver took many photos of us, both tried to converse with us in English, although their level of the language was very basic, but we understood each other well for everything important. If we had had a guide with a better level of English, it would have been great, given the price we paid. We would have liked for them to tell us more interesting things about the place.

Unforgettable experience with our guide Mas Hamdan and driver Mas Dika to Mt Bromo. Went in the afternoon and it was just as beautiful but without the crowds. Hamdan spoke english and indonesian, and was very informative throughout the trip. Dika was a great driver on such challanging terrains, thumbs up. Both very friendly and professional. We climbed the stairs to the crater which was a bit scary but worth it for the view. Luar biasa!!!

We visited Mount Bromo with our three children and decided to go late in the morning rather than for the traditional sunrise tour. Waking up in the middle of the night would have been too demanding for our family, and in hindsight it was absolutely the right choice. The experience was fantastic, and one of the biggest advantages was the lack of crowds. We were able to enjoy the stunning landscapes and unique atmosphere of Bromo in a much more relaxed way, without the large numbers of visitors typically associated with sunrise tours. We were also fortunate enough to spot monkeys along the way, which was a wonderful surprise and something our children were especially excited about. A special thank you goes to our guide and assistant, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They took the time to understand our needs as a family and recommended an itinerary that was perfectly suited to traveling with young children. Their flexibility, kindness, and attention made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Mount Bromo is truly an unforgettable place, and this tour allowed us to experience it in the best possible way for our family.

Hamdan our guide and our jeep driver Wawan were both fantastic. The drive was thrilling and beautiful to and from Malang. The hike up the mountain was very easy and we are in our 50s. Parts of the road are bumpy but really not that bad. We did not need a mask for the day but if it's real windy, I can see its usefulness. They sell them in town during the tour for 10k. Bring water, none is provided. We were picked up in a regular car, 45 minutes late and drove about 30 minutes to meet the jeep and guide to continue on for the next 1.5 hours. It was in front of a store to buy snack and drinks. We really enjoyed the experience and it was great without any morning crowds.

Excellent driver/ guide - Mr. Wawan. Slow and safe driver. Good communication with company. Skipped the morning / sunrise experience so can't compare directly, but have to say the "Siesta" trip in the afternoon was awesome. Almost no traffic going up or down. Was on Bromo rim by myself for 20 minutes.

The experience was absolutely great. When we entered the park, we were unlucky to encounter extremely heavy rain, but Henry and Pak Wawan were very patient and waited with us until it stopped so we could see the crater. Henry even lent me his waterproof coat for the horse ride. The driver was also very skilled. Overall, the whole experience was very smooth.

No communication from tour operator, or reply to any messages. Tour operator was a no show for pickup, and messed up my plans in the area. Dissapointing!

We really enjoyed the tour, the drive to the designated stops were beautiful with steep and narrow roads, overlooking vegetable plantations and forests. The guide - Hamda spotted some monkey's just pass the entrance of the National Park and gave us the opportunity to take some photos. The savannah and black desert also had amazing views. But Mount Bromo was fantastic and although there were clouds, they cleared giving views of the crater, it was a breath-taking experience being so close to the volcano. On our way back, we also got some lovely views of Mount Semeru. We would highly recommend the trip and was made special with the guide – Hamdan giving us plenty of time to take the photos we wanted.
