We had a wonderful private day trip to Lucerne and Interlaken. Mirza picked us up from our hotel in a very comfortable van. We were 5 people my wife, our 3 kids, and me. Mirza was very kind, knowledgeable, and a safe driver. Lucerne is a beautiful city with a lovely old town, mountain views, and the famous wooden bridge. The blue lake viewpoint was stunning and perfect for photos. In Interlaken, Mirza recommended a great restaurant with an amazing view for lunch. The whole trip was well organized and definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

It's an amazing trip to see the difference between the city, countryside, lakes and mountains. Our tour guide, B, was very informative, polite, and funny. We really enjoyed our time with him!
We had a wonderful time on this tour — it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I went with my family, and since my mother cannot walk long distances, we had informed them in advance that we would be bringing a wheelchair. Balihar, our tour guide, was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. He brought a large van that was very spacious and comfortable, and he always tried to drop us as close as possible to each visit site. We also rarely had to walk back, as he would bring the car around to the other side for us. He guided us to excellent places to eat and was always attentive to our requests, happy to help, and full of good suggestions. On top of that, he takes postcard-quality photos! I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a relaxing experience combined with beautiful places to visit.
The guide was very professional and caring throughout the trip. We were traveling with our grandparents, and he took extra care of them the entire time. He always tried to bring the van as close as possible so my grandfather had to walk less. We really appreciated his kindness, patience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

We did a day trip to Lucerne and Interlaken as a family of four, and honestly it was one of the best days of our trip. Balihar, our guide, felt more like someone we already knew—very friendly and easy to talk to. He even shared where he studied, which made us feel we were in safe, professional hands. He’s very knowledgeable about the history of the towns, but explains things in a simple and interesting way, so it never feels too much. The journey itself was super comfortable. The van was clean, spacious, and his driving was very safe and smooth, which really matters when you’re traveling with family. One of our favorite moments was when he stopped at Brünig Pass just so we could enjoy the view. The Alps looked absolutely stunning there. He also took us to a 100-year-old café where we had coffee, and that little stop made the whole trip feel even more special—thank you for that. Lucerne was beautiful with its old town and lake, and Interlaken was just breathtaking with the mountains all around. We had enough time at each place and never felt rushed.
