Hämtning för turerna sker ca 1 timme och 30 minuter före turens starttid. Upphämtningstid och plats kommer att bekräftas inom 24 timmar efter bokningen. Went in July, it was really hot plan for heat or cooler months. The ziplining was fun enough 7/10 but the guides Jesus, Sanchez, Joel, Emmanuel, Mago, and Roy took the experience to an 11/10. They were all fun and knowledgeable about the experince
Tour guides were great. Food good. Thanks to all the staff today morning crew July 1.
The service was excellent, from the transportation to the facilities. It is a tour that is worth it. All the staff were friendly, especially the guides David, Arturo, Abraham, and Enrry. At all times, they made us feel safe and have the best attitude. They made the experience very good! It is a bit tiring since we did the entire ziplining and ATV circuit, but it was very fun. In the end, it includes some delicious handmade quesadillas. Also, as a recommendation, buy the photos and videos, as it is a moment worth remembering!
There were many different zip line adventures and a lot of hiking involved. A lot. Big shoutout to Emmanuel, Henry, Joel, and the rest of the gentlemen who were working with us. They were very helpful to a little girl who hurt herself during the excursion. They were very attentive and even filled out paperwork at the end to record the incident. Will definitely come back.

Much more than we expected. Many zip lines, swing, rope crossing. Guides Abraham, Emma, Roy, Joel and Henry very helpful, fully explained everything. 100% focus on safety and care of the clients.

We booked this excursion as part of my son’s birthday. I am scared of heights, but went since my son wanted to go so much. The guides were amazing and so patient with me. Even though I was scared, they encouraged me and make me feel safe. My son had a blast and I will actually zipline again, even through the fear. I would definitely recommend.
