Resplan
Hop on hop off service.

Had a wonderful day with a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. It was a small group, so very personable.
A nice option of visiting the park without the headache of a rental car and parking. I enjoyed being allowed to choose where I wanted to hike. A nice introduction into the park.
We had an amazing time on our Zion National Park tour! Jason was such a great guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome right from the start. The small group size really made the experience more personal and enjoyable, and we never felt rushed. We had all the time to ourselves once we arrived, so we could explore and do exactly what we wanted at our own pace. Jason made sure we got the most out of the day with helpful tips! -would highly recommend.
Do some homework before going b/c in the park you are pretty much by your own, which is actually preferable to me and you don’t really need someone to talk to while enjoying the scenery. Brian provided good advice and drove us to Canyon overlooking trail which was not in the original schedule but did become the highlight of our day. Along the way he also gave good information and stories about Utah history etc. which I like to know. He’s very accommodating and the whole group likes him. Very good experience in addition to the stunning beauty of Zion National Park.
For what it is worth I need to write this review because I care about other people and I would never want anyone to go through what I am going through tonight. This is one of the worst nightmares I have ever had. My heart is broken. If they can do this to me they can do this to anybody. I flew clear across the country from the east coast to Vegas not for the sake of seeing Vegas. But so I can get a day trip from Vegas to Mount Zion. I am an older man living with cancer and this is the only chance I would have to ever see this. There were aspects of this that did not make sense to me with viator. I was able to eventually relate this to one of the tour operators. There are two gentlemen one is Brian and the other is Jason. I am positive that they will have a rebuttal to this that I have every text message between these two men. Brian was unbelievably condescending. If you think that I'm the problem I would ask you dear reader why did they feel the necessity to tell me their problems with viator. Jason doesn't like that they take 25% of what they charge the customer. Brian told me that they're only going to do this for a couple of more weeks and then they're done. I was able to put the pieces together. This is why they didn't try hard and why they canceled me. I did nothing wrong whatsoever and of course they will have their rebuttal but keep in mind they're giving me information about their own dissatisfaction. I was simply questioning why was I told 10 days ago to pay for this trip when I booked it I was told book now pay later and that the money would come out the day before. That was the beginning of miscommunications and I simply questioned this and one thing led to another and it all went downhill so I flew out here for a dream to come true and now it isn't simply because they don't like me I swear to you in our communications I never use any foul language. I said I'm not feeling very welcome. And I said I just want to put this conversation with Brian behind me. He said would you rather discuss the business or are you here to go on a trip? I couldn't believe it. I wanted to ask how many people will be on the tour. Vidor yesterday said they were nine spots left and then today eight spots left and then later this afternoon it said one spot left. I found it hard to believe based on reviews who talked about very small groups. Then I discovered from Jason there were only four of us. This again created doubt. If I am correct based on a message that Brian sent me perhaps there are two vehicles going and that's why they can take nine people but that was not explained. So in other words you cannot ask these people for clarification on anything and the reason they don't try to give appropriate responses and they take an attitude is because they don't like viator and as I told you they inform me in two weeks they're done with this. I am completely devastated. This was the whole purpose of my trip. There is another group I tried to sign up for but it requires two people in each reservation and I have traveled here solo and I cannot afford a $300 trip. Cancer restricts your finances. That is nobody's fault and I'm not blaming anybody but it is my reality. When I return to the east coast this is going to be addressed through escalation.
See how long this review is? The last thing this "guest" was interested in was an actual tour. A normal guest books a tour and we contact the guests the day before with arrangements about pick up and the planning of their day and they enjoy an excellent experience at a national park with seasoned veterans in this industry. Robert on the other hand was asking a million questions trying to keep us up all night about the operation not vital to his actual tour. He also lied about using Viator in the past and had booked and canceled last minute last year. This year he is watching as seats sell out and is upset with when he was charged by Viator for the experience. After getting tired of weird questions(stalker vibes), we decided it best that we do not take this "guest". He does not seem interested in an actual tour. Robert, you are not welcome to travel with us. I did not read your review as you already bombarded us with strange stalker-like text messages the night before your tour. It is very easy for a customer to see how you are extremely inconsistent with our normal reviews, a judgement of your character.
I only had 1 day to see Zion and I wanted to pack as much in as I could. This tour was perfect for that. About 6 hours of total time in the park. Jason was our tour guide and he was great. He gave good recommendations for things to do in the park, told us about hidden gems that we might want to check out, and was very knowledgeable of the area and its history.
Maybe I should have known better; when I read that this excursion was a small group tour of Zion I thought our guide would explain the park and guide us up a couple of the easier trails since he wouldn’t have experienced our trail skills before. What it was instead was transport to and from Zion. So when the guide asked early in the drive “what do you all have planned for the day” I realized that I came completely unprepared. The guide tried to help with a couple of questions about our interests, but with the number of trails, the bus system inside the park, and no trail map because cell coverage on the drive was spotty it was alot to piece together at that point. In the end it all worked out OK. The park is so beautiful you can’t trip without feeling some sense of awe. But looking at it in retrospect there would have been other things we would have done. Our guide was good company, and most importantly we started out very early which was important because the visitors center was already crowded when we arrived shortly after 8am. There was a 40 minute wait for the first canyon bus (in very early April). It all worked out, but be sure to do your homework and have your own plan going in.
All day trip with long ride to and from park. Driver just takes you to the park and than you are on your own to figure out where to go and what you see ( 6 hours free time) so if you need more guidance it’s not for you. It’s easy to hop on and off the park shatter just hikes are more challenging if you don’t have to much practice
I had a great experience with Brian being the driver/guide of the tour. He gave us a thorough overview of history of Mormons in Utah throughout the tour. Made us aware of new places and took us to an amazing place to eat. He went out of the way to show us Brye canyon and other cool sunset spots. I will definitely book with him again.
Bryan our tour guy for Zion national park was amazing. He did all he could do to make the trip memorable to an unforgettable place.
