Mr Othman is very responsive and reliable. I have communicated with him via whatsapp, which was very good. We agreed on the prices upfront. He has more drivers but I liked his service the best. It would have been good to know upfront whether he was picking me up himself or another driver.
Everything worked great, nice car, nice driver, reliable communication- gladly again. We had a tour to Stonetown and Kendwa Beach. Card-pay would still be fine

We designed a custom tour with our own driver. We found it to be a great experience and they replied promptly to every question we had we can highly recommend the Zanzibar taxi service.
Needed a ride from the Z hotel to Stonetown and back - reached out to ZITaxi via WhatsApp; got back to me right away; arranged for the service at a fair price. Driver showed up right on time, nice friendly guy, good driver; van was comfortable and cool. We made arrangements for a ride back; ended up wanting to push that back 90 minutes which they accommodated no problem. Picked us up at the appointed time, drove back. Stopped along the way to pay the owner for the rides. All worked as smoothly as we could have hoped. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars from us.
My friend and I utilized this taxi service while in Zanzibar and were very pleased! The driver was available to take us all over the island at very reasonable prices. I will use their service again.
