Amazing fun and very filling day. Got to see six unique stops across York. Different food shops, different stalls, different cuisines. All the very lovely group and our lovely tour guide. Highly recommend doing this again
So pleased to hear that you enjoyed your York tour, it's a great city with some amazing eateries.
This was overalla greatexperience. Our tour guide Ellie was friendly and engaging and a little bit of history thrown in on the way - a great host. The food was delicious and to be honest, we visited places we would never have known were there! Just bear in mind if you have food allergies eg anaphylaxis, you need to be careful as peanuts are served.

We do always ask for dietary requirements in advance and serve separate portions to those with allergies, however we have now decided that for severe allergies we will use venues that have fully nut free kitchen, so thank you for this feedback. A fantastic way of discovering independent eateries with like minded people. Ellen and her team had done all the work so it was just a matter of enjoying all the wonderful food they had sourced. I would highly recommend the tour!

I can’t think of a better or more enjoyable way of exploring York than being led by our super host Ellen around some of the city’s various eating establishments. The food was excellent. We tried locally made cheeses and fudge and sampled Asian street food; all while learning about the history of an ancient and beautiful city. Three and a half hours well spent!

What an excellent way to spend sometime in York. Visiting a number of interesting places to eat and drink over a few hours. The tour was very well organised and enabled the group to interact and socialise in York centre. I particularly enjoyed the street food.
