Njut av en spektakulär utsikt över Yarra Valley Ranges när du cyklar förbi vingårdar och lokala marknadsträdgårdar med ljud och sevärdheter från inhemsk fauna och flora. Stanna för morgonte på ett lokalt kafé eller det ikoniska Carriage Café. Efter cykeln njut av en vedeldad pizzalunch från en vingård och ett glas vin, öl eller läsk. Upplev den ikoniska Yarra Valley Rail Trail. Warburtons järnvägslinje öppnades 1901 och transporterade jordbruksprodukter från Yarra Valley till Melbourne. Demonterades på 1960-talet lämnades den oanvänd fram till mitten av 1990-talet där lokalsamhället samlades för att få en rekreations-RailTrail utvecklad. Warburton RailTrail öppnades officiellt 1998 och erbjuder en pittoresk fritidscykel & vandringsled.
Efter cykeln kan du njuta av vinprovning och vedeldad pizzalunch på en lokal Yarra Valley-vingård.

Ta tunnelbanetåget från Flinders Street Railway Station i Melbourne till Lilydale Railway Station. Resan tar cirka 50 minuter. Efter att ha anlänt till Lilydale, följ "Way Out" skyltar från plattformen till Station Car Park. En guide från Cycling Vine Tours väntar längst ner i trappan nära cykelställen på stationsparkeringen.

We had a great day with Allison. She was very attentive and flexible to accommodate our schedule. We spend the morning on the bikes, had a great lunch and then headed out to the wineries. Great day over all.
We had a wonderful day with Allison! Starting with a fantastic bike ride, lovely Devonshire tea and then heading for a delicious lunch and wine tasting in the afternoon. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to have a fun day and check out a bit of the Yarra Valley.

Had a lovely day out with Libby who was very informative & helpful, we are keen cyclists & would have preferred a little more cycling, but overall our day out was really nice & the sun came out too.

Less than 24 hours after touching down in Australia we found ourselves biking on the Warburton Rail Trail in the beautiful Yarra Valley with Allison. What a great morning with a sunny stop for coffee and biscuits. Wine tasting and lunch topped off with kangaroos in the vineyard!! It made for the perfect first day. Great company, food and scenery and loads of travel tips - Allison was such a wonderful guide. Thank you for the memorable day!

Allison was the perfect host seeking to tailor the day for me. Cycling was great as it really felt like I got to experience something really different after a week in the city. Highly recommended, flexible, well maintained bikes and great comapny. The wine tasting was also an added bonus.

What a great day we had - a very personalized tour of the Yarra ranges including a 20 km bike ride with a very welcome morning tea stop in the middle. The bikes were in great condition and very comfortable. Then a delicious pub lunch and on to tour Warburton and the spectacular Red wood forest. The rain set in so we headed for a winery to sample the local wines. Our tour guide Allison was super organised, friendly , punctual and knew all the best spots to go. Highly recommended!
Thanks for the lovely review. The weather gods were certainly with us, providing great sunny weather in the valley for cycling on the Warburton Rail Trail then as the rain came it was time for some lunch and wine tasting to complement the pedalling we had done.

Allison & Libbie, were fantastic hosts! They organised a wonderful team-building bike ride along the Warburton Trail in the Yarra Valley provided refreshments halfway and finished with a wine tasting at Seville Hills. As a solo traveler I am always thankful when a tour is not cancelled because it is just me. My guide (and part owner) Allison confirmed all the details prior to meeting her day of my tour. It seems that when a group is on the smaller side there is more wiggle room to customize what a person wants to do. I didn't have much preference but to be led by a professional through an area unknown to me, have a delicious lunch and of course do some wine tasting. We met at a train station and Allison drove us to where we would start cycling along the rail trail. The day was quite overcast but I told her I was not worried, and was right about the sun coming out soon after we started. I am one to take lots of photos, and Allison did not mind me stopping whatsoever, plus she took many of me along the way. We even stopped for a morning tea at a lovely cafe, and then cycled back. We then made our way to the first of two wineries where we had some lunch, admired the beautiful scenery and of course had some delicious wine. There is nothing that could have made this day more perfect!!! Thank you Allison for a splendid and memorable day!!!
