Detta är inte ännu en vandring utan en liten grupptur som reser med privat tuktuk och erbjuder obegränsat med öl och läsk medan du och din engelsktalande guide slängs runt i Xi'an utanför stigen. Du kommer att äta där lokalbefolkningen äter på små, familjeägda företag och prova den bästa lokala maten på platser du inte kan hitta på egen hand. Efter 3 timmar kommer du att avsluta på ett lokalt bryggeri för att ha en pint av den enda hantverksbryggan i stan.

Du kommer att träffas på ett lätt att hitta centralt läge och sedan vinda dig igenom de smala gatorna och gränderna genom tuktuk i Xi'an City Wall för att hitta den bästa maten i staden. Vi tar dig till platser där endast lokalbefolkningen går. Du kommer att täcka en hel del mark och gå av den misshandlade banan till familjeägda restauranger som du (och andra turister) inte hittar på egen hand. Mellan matstoppar kan du chatta med din engelsktalande guide om staden medan du dricker obegränsat kylt öl och läsk under resan.
Medan du besöker våra 4-5 matstopp kommer du att lära dig om de familjer som har gjort sina specialiteter i generationer. Du får se att maten är gjord och lär dig om vad som gör det så speciellt för Xian-lokalbefolkningen. Oavsett om det sitter av en gammal man som grillar kött över kol i en pittoresk muskvarter, eller tittar på nudlar som handdras till beställning, finns det något att försöka för alla. Turnén slutar på det enda lokala bryggeriet i Xian där du kan turnera anläggningen och prova vad som finns på kranen innan vi behandlar dig till en pint efter eget val.

We're a family of six, with kids from 7 to 21. We had a great time. From the drinks to start, the Tuk Tuk to each stop, the guide and her stories about the history of the food, to the final stop, we had a great time and it gave us exactly what we wanted.

This was a fun and filling tour. Jialin gave us a broad understanding of the food in the region and what made it special. Tuk tuks helped with seeing the many small streets in Xi’an’s Muslim quarter. Small group was great. Highly recommend.

A great experience in Xi’an. We scheduled this tour for our first evening in Xi’an and I really recommend doing it this way so you can get an idea of where and what to eat while you’re in the city. Our guide, Buren was excellent, friendly and has since sent us over great recs for the rest of our stay. Loved the experience and would do it all over again :)

We were able to have lots of delicious food on this tour, including most of the key dishes we were looking to try in Xi’an. The experience of the tour was definitely elevated by our fantastic and friendly guide, Buren.
