Din värd är en erkänd vin Expert och vin rese Guide med 35 års erfarenhet och en djup kunskap om vin och vinframställning över hela världen. Provningen äger rum i bekvämligheten av vår luftkonditionerade vinbutik i hjärtat av Carcassonne gamla stan och är utformad för att vara roligt och informellt. Du kommer att ha ett föredrag och presentation av sex till åtta viner att prova tillsammans med en lätt ost och charkuterier tallrik. Gästerna kommer att lära sig att prova viner, den lokala vinhistorien i regionen och allt om vintillverkning och druvsorter. Ställ så många frågor du vill och bli Expert på vinerna i regionen. Även om minimibokningen är för två personer är singelgäster välkomna att delta i provningar som redan är planerade. Skicka gärna ett meddelande för att fråga om tillgängliga datum om du är en enskild besökare och vill vara med på en provning.

Alex was fantastic. Very welcoming and gave an informative and interesting presentation The wines sampled were lovely as was the charcuterie and cheese board. Would definitely recommend.

Alex was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable host. Six of us attended on a drizzly day and we had a fabulous time. The wines we tasted were varied and the information that supported the tasting that explained how these differences are achieved was really interesting. The charcuterie was also a delicious bonus!

We had a really enjoyable and informative few hours with Alexander telling us all about how wine has been produced in this area over the centuries. We had an excellent selection of wines to taste accompanied by a delicious array of local cheeses and charcuterie. The whole experience was excellent value and we would highly recommend.

As a couple we booked this experience and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Alex was wonderfully knowledgable and able to translate his love of the wine, food and region to us in a way which made us fall in love with France, French culture food and wine even more. Alex is clearly an expert in his field who communicated an education to us which captivated us thoroughly, taking us on a journey, through the whole process of wine making, exploding myths and opening our eyes to new ways of appreciating the whole culture of wine, its history and the revolutions the industry has gone through throughout the ages. I couldnt recomend this experience more, great food, great wine and great company.

The owner provided us a wonderful wine tasting experience, Langaduc wine region overview and history. The food was a tasty compliment to the wine tasting. Would highly recommend this experience for novice and wine aficionados!

Alex was very knowledgeable. We tasted 6 lovely wines and the cheese/meat board was delicious as an accompaniment. When our taxi didn’t respond he even drove us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend doing this activity!!
