Upptäck stigarna i de underjordiska korridorerna under vår halvdags, 4-timmars resa från Krakow där allt börjar. Efter 30 - 40 minuters bilresa kommer du till Wieliczkas saltgruva och går med i engelsk guide. Guiden tar dig närmare platsens historia och visar dig de viktigaste platserna i den underjordiska världen. Guidad tur i saltgruvan i Wieliczka tar vanligtvis cirka 2 - 2,5 timmar. Under turen kommer du att kunna besöka St Kingas kapell - 54 m långt och nästan 12 m högt kapell liknar interiörer av medeltida träkyrkor och är ett riktigt underjordiskt underverk med hisnande ljuskronor gjorda av saltkristaller, underjordiska korridorer och landskap som inte syns på ytan salthaltiga sjöar och vackra underjordiska kammare. På en vanlig turistväg måste besökare gå runt 800 trappor - 400 vid ingången. Efter rundturen kör vår chaufför dig tillbaka till Krakow.

Vår turné börjar med transport från Krakow, antingen från ditt angivna hotell eller en valfri mötesplats. Saltgruvan ligger i Wieliczka, cirka 40 minuter bort (20 km). Was very good experience and the guide was very informative about the mines. The only down side was how to get back to our coach as the directions where not very clear
MR T as our driver. A professional chap and all round good egg. Even offered to drop us off nearer our hotel due to inclement weather rather than the usual advertised locations. Our guide, I forgot her name, was equally as professional and knowledgeable. Well done.
It was great and he was patient
Our bus driver was Lukasz and he was amazing. His joyful spirit enlightened our moods and even at times of hardship he found the light at the end of the tunnel for us. When we were about to leave we lost 4 of our members, Lukasz, bless his brave soul, went out into the raging storm and fought his way through thick and thin just to find the lost members. The salt cave tour was fun. 10/10 would viciously recommend again.
Łukasz was a great guide and driver. I got to kiss the salt walls but not Lucasz so that was too bad. Anyways the highlight of our adventure was when 4 of our group members got lost and brave brave lucasz ventured into the ferocious storm to rescue them. He is my hero. Also the mines were cool. 10/10

Excellent experience, picked up from our hotel, driver was on time, I was informed by the driver via WhatsApp, arrival time. He was smartly dressed, vehicle was clean and very comfortable. On arrival to Salt mines driver parked escorted us to meet the tour guide. The tour is highly recommended, plenty of information via head sets, I would definitely use Krakow Direct tours again

I want to preface this by saying I don't write reviews but hopefully this will save someone some stress. Our tour was booked for 14:30 with clear notice in the confirmation to say that the actual time would be confirmed on the day. On the day the time was confirmed as 15:30, an hour later than expected but we had been told the time could change. Our only other plan for the day was dinner reservations at 19:30 so we were fine with the delay. We thought with travel time and the tour being 2 hours and 20 minutes we would be fine to keep the reservation. The bus was on time, clean and had aircon. There was no microphone which meant any instructions given to us by the driver while he was driving could not be heard. Instructions given after the bus had stopped still couldn't be heard over the sound of the aircon. Before we got off the bus the driver came round and held up a QR code on a phone and told us to click the link. It wasn't explained that the link was to allow us to join a WhatsApp group from which we would find out where and when we could be picked up after the tour. The driver hurriedly removed his phone before I had time to join the WhatsApp group. When I asked if I could get the QR code as I was departing the bus he wouldn't show me, told us to get off the bus then closed the bus door on me. I want to be very clear that it was a family day out and I was in no way rude or threatening. We laughed about his rudeness. My wife eventually got the QR code from him as we were about to begin the tour. There were 40 of us on the tour. With another tour around a minute in front of us and another directly behind us. It was cramped. The tour guide chastised the group in front for being too slow and told those at the back of that group to hurry up and stop looking at things. During the tour the Comms were very crackly and often silent. We missed the majority of what was being said by the guide. One older lady, (on the tour by herself) politely told the tour guide that her intercom didn't work, and was curtly told it was her fault for being at the back. The lady had nowhere to go, the tunnels were narrow and she couldn't have pushed her way to the front even if she had been rude enough to do so. When the tour was complete and we were herded to the lift lobby, those first in line were taken up and all seemed fine. Those of us left waited for around 45 minutes, 135 metres underground in an enclosed space without being told why we couldn't get the lift or what was happening. Eventually the lift appeared and we finally made it out. We had booked a pizzeria in the square for 7:30 so after the lift delay we contacted them to let them know we would be late but would still make it, assuming that we would be dropped off in the same spot that we had joined the bus. The driver instead dropped us in the Jewish quarter, a 25 minute walk from where we had been picked up from. No explanation why. I asked him if there was another stop and he closed the doors in my face again.🤣 We missed our reservation. The salt mines are a great attraction, well worth seeing. The operator that took us not so much
