There’s lots of steps but well worth the visit. Our driver ludvik was very pleasant and kept us informed at all times

We had a lovely fella called Ludwig was so helpful picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back afterwards and was very helpful with directions to orther places would highly recommend 👌
We booked our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mines through 1000 Miles and were absolutely satisfied with the entire experience. We had originally booked the tour with another company, but unfortunately, it was cancelled due to organizational issues. Luckily, we then booked with 1000 Miles, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish. We were picked up on time from our accommodation in a comfortable minivan. The entire organization was very reliable and straightforward. Our driver, Haroune, was extremely friendly, helpful, and drove very safely and comfortably. The salt mines themselves were absolutely beautiful. For me, this was already my second visit, as I had visited the salt mines in April last year. Since a new part of the site has recently opened, we really wanted to see it as well. We spontaneously asked our driver if there would still be enough time to visit the new section, and he immediately helped make it possible. We were therefore able to extend our tour and visit the new part as well. Afterwards, Haroune drove us safely and on time back to our accommodation. We especially appreciated his flexibility, friendliness, and the excellent organization throughout the entire trip. Overall, everything was perfectly organized from the booking and pick-up to the tour and the return journey. We can definitely recommend 1000 Miles and would happily book another tour with them in the future!

Hariun picked us up from our hotel, smiley friendly cheeky chaps that was brilliant. Totally made us feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Great journey to the mine and was chatting to us throughout our journey with other guest. Totally knew what he was doing and post visit, which was great was very quickly on hand to collect us. Would highly recommend him as a tour guide and Thousand Miles was brilliant. Thank you and well done on an enjoyable visit 😁
