Everything was perfect, very fruendly guides, we saw multiple groups of dolphins. The guides were also considerate not to disturb the animals or birds which was very nice.

Truly an extraordinary outing! We had such a professional team, they guided us and explained the 4 types of cetaceans that we were lucky enough to see in only 2 hours. Incredible!!! I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Super experience! Everything goes very smoothly and professionally. We saw 2 species of dolphins and 2 species of whales on our tour. Afterwards, we also spontaneously received photos sent to our email address. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! Although the ocean was quite wavy, but that just made our ride more fun with some splashes and “rollercoaster ride” experience 🤩 We had an opportunity to watch pilot whale big family from very close and even saw sea turtles! My kids are saying that this is the highlight of our entire trip to Madeira and I would definitely recommend this experience!

friendly and efficient welcome on site, by a young and dynamic team. Precise explanations given before departure and tips about the boat. 12-seat semi-rigid boat (6 rows of 2 horse-saddle type seats, with handles), very "comfortable" and safe! Dolphin and whale watching, very productive in our case and a great joy for us to see many of them near the boat! Experienced pilot and guide, who give explanations, answer questions and seem to know the marine wildlife very well and are very respectful of it! After 2 long hours, observation included, return trip along the coast with details given about the landscapes and the villages of Ponta do Sol,... magnificent seen from the sea!, ending before entering the harbor, with a very fun and safe driving session by the pilot! Nothing but happiness! A must-do with H2O because it's a small team and a reduced number of people on board!

What a disappointment after all the good comments I have read. For months, I have been following them on social media; I thought I was dealing with enthusiasts and protectors of the environment, but they are clearly amateurs. Certainly, we cannot control nature, but professionals communicate, inform themselves, and do everything to make the experience unforgettable. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. No information on the species; if we see some, great, if not, too bad. We stop to pick up a bottle from the sea, perfect, but alongside that, we take unnecessary boat rides at full speed to entertain the crowd. What is the point? If you want to take a little boat ride for $60 per person, this is the ideal place. Personally, I went there as someone passionate about the marine world, and it was a cold shower. It is nothing more than a tourist trap, and I doubt the authenticity of the photos published every day on their social media. The "excursion" also started 30 minutes late; meanwhile, you pay for parking.

Wonderful tour! Both the amazing dolphins and turtle as well as the fun of riding the boat! Time flew by! Great staff! Everyone was super friendly, and then for the extra boat rounds as a conclusion! A huge amount of fun!
