There was some initial confusion as many people were waiting for different tours and we were the last to be put in a vehicle - but not the right one. I questioned our assignment and eventually our cart arrived. After that it was a very enjoyable evening and the guide was great.

We were able to get up close to all of the monuments. The golf cart was easy for my 80 year old mother to get in and out of, and the proximity of parking to the monuments was easy for her to manage walking. Our tour guide did an excellent job, and she was new to the job. She had lots of info and facts to share. She was a safe driver.

The tour was just okay , lots of road work. Driver seem to be lost many times. Never got close to the White House.Don't know why he didn't do that. The whole thing seemed extremely rushed and confusing.

We recently went on the DC Monument and Memorial Guided Cart tour. Unfortunately this was not a cart. It was a hard sided blue bus which was not what was advertised (crowded and hot). Also there was no mention of Jefferson memorial, Roosevelt memorial, MLK memorial, botanic gardens, Vietnam memorial, Korean memorial, or Chinatown. I asked the company for a refund with no response.

Roads blocked off. They still booked us. We didn’t see one monument. Your guide was very inexperienced. They refunded half of our money.

Took the night tour to see everything lit up! Cool evening breeze & gorgeous sunset. Great way to see the monuments around the mall. Easy hop on hop off for viewing with accessibility being short mostly flat walks. Loved getting photos with family. Friendly guide Amarius answered our questions & was a pleasure to hang out with for over 2 hours. Comfortable bench seating, 2 people per row.
