Följ med mig på en oförglömlig vandring Traditionell Mattur i Warszawa! KÄNN DIG SOM EN LOKALBEFOLKNING, utforska de platser jag åker till och där lokalbefolkningen verkligen samlas. Jag är Adrian, din passionerade Guide, och jag är glad att dela min kärlek till polska köket och kulturen med dig. Med många års erfarenhet och en djup koppling till polska traditioner tar jag dig bortom turistfällorna och in i hjärtat av Polens kulinariska och kulturella själ. 3-timmars kulinarisk resa genom traditionell polsk mat, med provsmakningar av 8 - 10 olika rätter, inklusive varmrätter, desserter och drycker. Detta är mer än bara en matresa, det är en chans att se Polen genom mina ögon, som en lokalinvånare som känner till historier, historia och smaker som gör detta land anmärkningsvärt. Vi börjar med handgjord polsk pirogi på en familjeägd bistro och provsmakar både salta och söta varianter gjorda på traditionella recept.
Därefter besöker vi en traditionell mjölkbar i Warszawa, en polsk institution med anor från kommunisttiden. Vi provar flera hemlagade polska rätter och upptäcker en autentisk del av Polens kulinariska arv.
Vårt tredje stopp är en älskad lokal hantverksölpub, där vi njuter av en polsk hantverksöl.
Vid den fjärde, en historisk efterkrigsrestaurang, sätter vi oss ner för en generös servering av traditionell polsk mat, inklusive soppa och varmrätt, följt av en shot polsk vodka.
Vi avslutar på ett av Warszawas äldsta konditorier, med anor från 1869, med en traditionell polsk "pączek", en klassisk fylld munk och en av Polens mest älskade söta godsaker.

Super fun! Adrian picked great places (5) that locals frequent and really knew his way around! Such a good guy! We had a blast, but sooo much food!
Adrienne was great, a fun night. Exposed us to a lot of varied food and places we would not have found on our own. I’d recommend doing this early in your trip so you get a sense on what you’re eating during your vacation. Adrian was also a good source of other information and recommendations, while spending time in the city, a good time was had by all.

Adrian was great, he took us to a number of different places to try a real taste of Poland. Catering to a wide range of flavours and dishes, with plenty of refreshments. The tour does involve walking around a number of venues but he made sure to set a relaxed pace suitable for the whole group with lot’s of stops on the way. You will eat the equivalent of lunch, dinner and in between snacks so go without eating lunch beforehand.

Adrian was great! He managed to accommodate our late arrival and kindly saved us food from the first stop. All of the food stops were great and traditional with great history told by Adrian. We ate more than enough and learned a lot from Adrian. TYSM!

This tour was a wonderful introduction to many different types of Polish foods. The locations we visited are all hand-picked by the guide, Adrian. We got SOO much food, definitely got our money's worth. Go to this tour hungry! Adrian also added some custom touches to our tour, like letting us try Zubrowka (bison grass) vodka because of our interest in European bison. He is an earnest, food-loving guy, who is fun to hang out with. He also gave us food and activity recommendations for Warsaw AND Krakow that we often used later in the trip.

Adrian was a well informed intersting guide, who was also warm, kind, and caring toward all group members. We had a great range of authentic Polish food and drinks that would be hard to find on your own. Well worth doing.

This was such a fantastic tour and Adrian is so personable and informative! There was so much food, I would suggest not eating for many hours before your tour. The selection was wonderful and so glad the original tour we had booked for that day/time cancelled a couple hours before it was to start and we were lucky to get on this one. If we want to try many types of Polish food and drinks, this is the tour for you. Na zdrowie!

Adrian was a a delightful host with fantastic food stops and great insight into Warsaw life. His knowledge and energy were just right to kick start our Warsaw visit and the food was awesome. Be sure to book this experience and come hungry! You get SO much food and learn so much about Polish cuisine. The tours are limited to just a small group so you get plenty of time with Adrian to ask questions as you walk and we made instant friends with the other folks on the tour as well. Did I mention craft beer and vodka too!🍻
