Asos kunniga guider tar dig med på en lättförståelig och njutbar rundtur i Aso-calderan från dess födelse till nutid, från vulkaner, geologi, historia, kultur och trosuppfattningar. Genom att gå nerför den stenvikta stigen som går nedför bergets norra yttre kant och gå in i kalderan på egen hand kan du verkligen känna storleken på kalderan, en av de största i världen. Du kan också njuta av platser relaterade till Asos historia, kultur och tro, där människor har bott i kalderan i över 2 000 år. På vägen kommer vi att ha en testund med yoghurt och godis som odlas i Asos gräsmarker.

It was good to be in touch with the nature and history of Aso. It was an experience I could not have had on my own. I enjoyed walking while listening to the unique local stories about the sleeping Buddha, and I would like to participate again. The guide's explanations and the scenery are good, so I think the tour would have been great if only the weather had been better.
