My sister and I just finished the volcano and waterfall tour today, and I wanted to rush to do a review. The entire process, cost, and tour were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Alejandro was our tour guide and Gustavo was our driver. They were fantastic. The day moved in great pace and I was sad that it was over. Alejandro has the best energy and he kept my attention throughout the day. The horseback riding was great as we rode towards the base of the volcano. The horses were extremely well-behaved. The lunch we had was wonderful.I could write about the tour all day. I felt safe and cared for the entire trip. This made my first trip to Costa Rica memorable, and I’m already ready to come back and try a different tour. I will always use this tour company. Thank you for a lovely day!

Our volcano tour was canceled, but they quickly found something comparable. Carlos our tour guide was exceptional. He went above and beyond. We got to hear some history of Costa Rica. We even saw monkeys and a sloth. Such a great fun tour. Can’t wait to visit again and do another tour.

Title says it all. They canceled on us less then 24 hours before the tour. They had confirmed it when we booked but canceled last minute on us leaving us scrambling to find a different tour.

When we were unable to confirm an alternative arrangement in time, the reservation had to be canceled to avoid greater disruption on the day of service. We had a great day with our guide Carlos at the National Park, waterfall and hot springs. He was so knowledgeable about the sites, nature, environment as well as the modern day Costa Rican economy (don’t snooze on the ride to the park-lots of great info)
