Chef Williams cooked the wings to perfection. Unfortunately the ATVs were 30 mins behind so we missed the rum tasting.:(

My husband and I went with a large group to the Chukka Outpost for a day of excursions. We were given a brochure that included our choice of five different excursions for one set amount per person. The excursion choices were to be made per person and not group wise. There wasn't any fine print of the flyer about time block being on a first come, first serve basis nor was there any language about any additional fees depending on which excursion you chose. So because this was planned out and we were such a large group, transportation was arranged for us. This facility knew we were coming all together. We had to be at our pick up spot by 8:20am. The first pick up time to go BACK to our resort was 1:30pm. So when we finally arrive at the location, we have to check in and get weighed at one location. After check-in, we had to go to another desk to pick our excursions. Although you could pick five excusrions, we only wanted to do three of them so we could leave on the first bus to go back our resort by 1:30pm as mentioned above. However, as we're telling the guy at the excursion desk which ones we want to choose, he informs us that there was no available time slots for ANY of the three excursions we wanted to do until AFTER 1:00pm. We were unaware that we could've scheduled these excursions earlier so we wouldn't waste our time or money going to this place and not be able to do anything we wanted to do without staying ALL day long until 5:00pm. Additionally, one of the three excursions we wanted to do was the bamboo raft that was pictured and included on our flyer as a choice to pick from. The guy also informed us that banmboo rafting was an additional $10 per person. Now why wasn't that information listed on the flyer we were given? Why wa that activity even included on the flyer if it's not included in the price listed on the flyer for all maybe eight of the choices? So now, we're sitting here on our vacation having wasted a lot of money of exucrsions we couldn't partake in. They were dishonest and we felt completely scammed as there was no remorse about the dilemma we faced. Just a simple shrug like "oh well" and moved right on to the next couple. All of us were in the same predicament and they knew all of us were coming. Why weren't slots set aside for us? Why wasn't it communicated to us beforehand that the earliest we could do most of the exucrsions wouldn't be until after 12 noon?
Lines were very long. Were told to go to another activity in the meantime and had to wait there too. They should not let so many people in if they cannot accommodate the activities in a timely manner. Definitely not worth the money.
