Jag är Simone Vergamini, "Bästa Sommelier i Toscana 2023, 3:e plats i Italiens bästa Sommelier 2018, 2021 och 2022. Vi kan organisera provsmakningen direkt hemma hos dig eller på hotellet där du är på semester, även i centrala Lucca eller i de omgivande kullarna. Upplevelsen innehåller alltid en introduktion till vinprovning, områdets historia och vingårdarna 5 viner tillsammans med bröd, ostar och lokalt producerad olja. Det är viner utvalda från små producenter, främst ekologiskt certifierade Vi kan ordna provningen direkt hemma hos dig eller på hotellet där du är på semester. Jag tar hand om allt och du behöver inte tänka på någonting! Jag dukar med provsmakningsdukar och serverar er vinerna i proffsglas! I slutet av provningen lämnar jag de okorkade flaskorna till dig (om de inte är färdiga :) så att du kan njuta av dem under din semester.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our sommelier, Simone. His knowledge of the wines, the local region, the vineyards, and the growing and production process was truly impressive. He shared information in a way that was both educational and engaging, making the experience enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their level of wine knowledge. Beyond his expertise, he was personable, warm, and a pleasure to spend the evening with. He created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged conversation and questions, and his passion for the wines and the region was evident throughout. My guests are visiting from abroad, and this tasting was unanimously named the highlight of their trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with Simone. A talented and knowledgeable sommelier, he gave an instructive and really helpful overview of the local wine region with tastings of 5 different wines that clearly illustrated the characteristics of each wine. His presentation was engaging and he welcomed all of our questions. I would highly recommend a tasting session with Simone.
