I recently visited Sofia for a weekend trip, and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful wine tasting experience you hosted. The event was one of the highlights of my visit. I learned a great deal about the history of Bulgarian wine, different grape varieties, and the winemaking process. As it was my first wine tasting experience, I especially appreciated the way everything was explained and presented. The guidance was informative, engaging, and perfectly suited for a beginner. The wines themselves were excellent, and the cheeses served alongside them were delicious and paired beautifully with the wines. The entire experience was both educational and enjoyable. After the tasting, I tried to find some of the wines I had sampled at the airport duty-free shops, but unfortunately I could not find them. My only regret is not purchasing a few bottles of Tempus Vini wines during the event. I will certainly not make the same mistake next time! Everything was perfect, and if I could, I would rate the experience 11 out of 10. Thank you for your hospitality and for making my trip to Sofia even more memorable. I wish you continued success and sincerely hope to see the Tempus Vini brand available in many more places around the world. Thank you again for a fantastic experience.

A good introduction to the history and geography of wine in Bulgaria. The tasting is very well explained and demonstrates a great knowledge of the subject.

An outstanding experience and one of the highlights of my time in Sofia. The host was exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Bulgarian wine, sharing fascinating insights into the country’s winemaking traditions and regions. The intimate setting created a relaxed and personal atmosphere, while the selection of wines was superb. It was particularly special to taste several wines that had been custom made by the host, offering something truly unique that you won’t find elsewhere. The wines were thoughtfully paired with a delicious selection of local cheeses, which complemented each tasting beautifully. Lasting just under two hours, the experience struck the perfect balance between being informative, engaging and enjoyable. Excellent value for money and a wonderful introduction to Bulgarian wine culture. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sofia.

Kalin was great. He is obviously an expert in wine and viticulture and was a superb host in explaining Bulgarian wine production; its origins and contemporary production. The wines he selected were a brilliant selection of the variety of Bulgarian wines available. He was also patient with my many questions. The cheeses selected were also wonderful pairings and tasted great as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

A wonderful little venue with a fantastic host. Tasted two of his own wines one I liked so much I bought a bottle. Very informative. I was one of only two people so it felt very exclusive.

This was a very informative and nice wine tasting session in the heart of Sofia !! No pressure small groups. I strongly recommend it.!!
