Av de 5 turer jag erbjuder tar jag er idag med till vingårdarna i södra Côtes du Rhône, inklusive Châteauneuf du Pape. Efter cirka 30 minuters bilresa från Avignon stannar du till vid en egendom i Beaumes de Venise, ett land med naturligt söta Muscat-viner, men också känt för sina röda viner. Du kommer säkerligen också att ha möjlighet att smaka på Côtes du Rhône eller Vacqueyras, andra symboliska appellationer i regionen. Sedan cirka 15 minuters bilresa till nästa provsmakning.
Stanna till vid en andra egendom i appellationsområdet Gigondas, känd för sina röda viner, men också en producent av vitt vin sedan 2023. Provsmakningen följs av en picknick som enbart består av färska råvaror från lokala gårdar (endast från april till oktober, och om turen börjar på morgonen). Sedan cirka 30 minuters bilresa till Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Vinprovning av appellationsviner från Châteauneuf-du-Pape, världsberömda för sina röda viner, men även en producent av vita viner, som står för i genomsnitt 8 % varje år. Vi åker till en välkänd familjegård i Châteauneuf-du-Pape för att provsmaka minst ett vitt vin och två röda viner. Sedan en 30 minuters bilresa tillbaka till Avignon.

Arnaud did a great job. We were lucky and no one else was booked with us so it was a very private tour. All three wineries were great. The picnic lunch was great with a variety of items to eat and a great picnic area at the second winery. Arnaud has a great knowledge of wine and the area. You will not regret booking this tour!

Arnoud gave us a wonderful experience through the eyes of someone who has the region in his heart. Cherries from his dad’s orchard was a added bonus for lunch.
Arnaud finds some hidden gems and is very knowledgeable of the region. The van was nice and comfortable and the ride was great. Everything including a light lunch was fantastic. Would book Arnaud again in a heartbeat.

Arnaud was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about the wine regions, vineyards, wines and general area. We tasted a variety of wines across the three wineries that we visited. A Very enjoyable afternoon.
Arnaud was an excellent driver and guide. His van is only a month old and still has the new vehicle smell. There were only three of us on the tour. Our first stop was at Domaine de Fonouillet in Beaumes de Venise. We tried one white and three reds. We then got to try red, rose, and white Muscat. It is unique to be ablevto try red and rose Muscat. Our second stop was at Maison Gabriel Maffre in Gigondas. We tried one white and four reds. After the tasting we had a picnic on the grounds. The last stop was Domaine de Beaurenard in Chateauneuf du Pape. We toured the private cellars first and the tasted two whites and two reds. Arnaud imparted information on the drives but let the sommelier speak to their wines and process.
