Fabulous trip to Vancouver Island and walking tour in Victoria and then trip to Butchart Gardens. The guide, Joe was phenomenal, the coach was upscale and fabulous, the driver Costa was professional and awesome despite some tight spots. Overall a very enjoyable long day but very worthwhile! Highly recommend!

I loved the day trip to Victoria and Butchart gardens through Star Sightseeing. Matt is an amazing guide. His energy and enthusiasm is unparalleled. He and Byron (driver) were so kind and helpful that they were checking on each one in the group throughout the day. Byron gave recommendations for coffee places and restaurants too. Matt is quite knowledgeable about the places and his interest in showing you all the attractions shines through. Victoria and Butchart gardens are a must see, and Matt and Byron’s friendliness made it feel like a trip with good friends and family! The number of people was just right and didn’t feel crowded at all. I was traveling solo and it suited me with enough time in the group as well as to explore some parts by myself. Cost is quite reasonable. Even the upgrade on the cruise ship was not a lot. Very positive vibes throughout and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely do it again when I’m in Vancouver. Thanks Matt and Byron, you’re awesome!
Our tour guide, Annika, and our driver, Tai, took excellent care of us throughout the trip. They arrived at our hotel right on time to pick us up, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Both the bus ride and the ferry crossing were smooth and enjoyable. We arrived in Victoria ahead of schedule, which gave us extra time to explore Butchart Gardens without feeling rushed.

Communication about pick up was accurate with another call the day before to ensure details. Very comfortable bus journey, with great driving by David whilst entertaining commentary by Joel to pass the miles by. Helpful information re location facilities, restaurants and time expectations. Historical snippets also added to the experience. A long day, but great content and plenty of time to enjoy Butchart Gardens which was my main event.
