The experience overall was not bad but certainly different from how it had been presented to us. They picked us up from the hotel at the scheduled time (9:00 am) and we arrived at the meeting point on time. After checking in, we waited 45 minutes in the sun for the boat to arrive (instead of leaving at 9:45, we left at 10:30). The excursion included a soft drink and a taste of limoncello, which did not happen. The guide was very vague in providing us with information. The thing I most want to emphasize is that upon arrival in Capri, instead of disembarking at Marina Grande, the boat stopped in the middle of the sea to have us transfer to a rubber dinghy with which we reached the shore. This obviously was not specified on the brochure (otherwise we would never have chosen this excursion). In my opinion, it would have been appropriate to specify this transfer change, as some passengers could have had difficulty moving from one boat to the other (as indeed happened). The girl who accompanied us throughout the excursion only introduced herself at the end of the tour, unlike the skipper who was certainly more affable and helpful. Furthermore, the excursion should have lasted 8 hours but it lasted less (They must have started counting the 8 hours from the hotel pickup). Scam or misunderstanding?) Value for money is average considering the period (August) and that Capri is expensive in itself.

Upphängd ovanför det turkosa havet har denna enorma klippa naturligt skurits till formen av en gigantisk båge. Landskapet är magnifikt. Längre ner finns ingången till Grotta di Matromani, en storslagen naturlig grotta som förvandlades under den romerska perioden till ett lyxigt nymfeum, smyckat i smält glasmosaik och stuckatur.
Vår skeppare stannar dig på ön där du har ca 3 eller 4 timmar på dig att upptäcka ön. Missa inte chansen att besöka LA PIZZETTA i Capri centrum och dess smala gator fulla av handgjorda sandaler butik.

Rosa and Luciano were very attentive and extremely spiritual, they are both great with kids, they answered all of our questions and some more. It was a great experience, we recommend it. Lots of hugs from Ingrid, Florian, Sofia and Tudor.
We had the most amazing day yesterday. Our guide (Bepe) and our skipper (Aldo) were the perfect hosts! They explained the history of the island, took us around the island for a swim in the sea. They were friendly and funny and made our day extra special. The island of capri is beautiful and plenty to see and explore. I would highly recommend this day trip with this company. Excellent value for what is included. We will cherish the memories from this day forever! Thank you.
The time on the boat was amazing! Everyone was super attentive and made sure everyone was comfortable and had drinks/ snacks. I’d spend more time on the boat than Capri if that was an option
The skipper and boat hand were so accommodating, offering drinks and checking we were okay. Explained everything very well, especially as they did so in 3 languages. Lovely boat. Explained the plan for the day and gave recommendations in capri. Capri itself was lovely but wouldn't rush back, the boat tour and experience was exceptional, let us swim, showed us all the notable along the coast. Cannot fault this. Looked through lots of different tours with fuel surcharge etc etc, this was by far the best option, with drinks and a sandwich aboard.
This trip was amazing. We were promptly Picked up at our hotel and taken to a marina Where we were met and checked in. Within a Short period of time we were escorted to our Boat. The boat was clean and spacious for Our group of 11. Our guide was very friendly And informative. Fabrizzio had very clear English. We saw many sites and had plenty of time to shop and eat.

Best boat tour ever. They picked us up where we were staying and drove us to and from the marina which was so nice. We had so much free time in Capri to do whatever we wanted and they gave us recommendations on how to get around. After we got back on the boat they took us to see the most amazing views and let us connect to the speaker. They had drinks and snacks for us and took probably a million photos for us without complaining. Our guides were the best, shout-out Gianni:)) Literally would do this tour everyday over and over again if we could. We loved it so much we booked another private sunset tour with them. If you go to Sorrento you must do this!!

The staff was great however some things were not up to par. On the itinerary it explicitly said we would stop in capri for 3 hours, but we had a 5 hour stop instead. We were hoping for a full boat day but we only were on the boat for 2 hours and 30 minutes total. The advertising needs to be changed. Additionally, they did not give us the option to do the Blue Grotto. If I could go back in time I would not book this boat company.
