Efter turen kan du njuta av ledig tid att stanna längre i slottet eller besöka trädgården (en extra biljett krävs från april till oktober för musikal- och fontänshowsäsongen. - Från april till oktober krävs en extra trädgårdsbiljett (musikaliska trädgårdar och fontänshower). Trädgårdarna är gratis från november till mars.
- Under rusningstid kan den schemalagda tillträdestiden bli försenad på grund av säkerhetskontroller som genomförts av slottet Versailles.
- Slottsturen varar 1,5 timme, men lägg till 30 minuter för biljetter och säkerhetskontroller.
- Barnvagnar kan nekas vid ingången till slottet.
- Från onsdag 15 juli till lördag 22 augusti kommer RER C inte att trafikera mellan Paris och Versailles Château Rive Gauche tågstation, använd linjerna L (Versailles Rive Droite) eller N (Versailles Chantiers) för att nå mötesplatsen.

I have been to Versailles with self guided tours in the past. I was really nice to have a knowledgeable guided tour which gives you a bit more insight that you may not get with a self guided tour.

We should have been given easier meeting place like inside in front of the building B. We got separated from the Guide and he did not keep track of us.

For operational reasons, the meeting point is at our office: the area at Gate B is often extremely crowded, which can make it difficult to identify the guide . That said, you should never feel left behind—our guides are expected to regularly check the group and ensure everyone is together before and after entering, we apolagize if that wasn't the case.
