Laura was an excellent guide. She made us feel very welcome on arrival and was very informative and good fun. The walking tour was a great way to see Verona and see things we would have missed if Laura had not pointed them out. The food stops were excellent choices...more food on offer than we thought so it's good that we chose the longer walking tour 😂 Great value for money. Would highly recommend. Thanks Laura. X
Would highly recommend this. Our guide Laura made it all the more enjoyable.She was very entertaining and knowledgeable about Verona, the food and wine. Her love for good food really came across as we walked around Verona tasting all the local delights it had to offer. She was an absolute joy to spend a few hours with listening to the love story of Romeo and Juliet as it unfolded through out our tour.This is definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
We had a lovely time with our guide on a gastronomical storytelling tour of old town Verona! What a delight being brought to charming places that felt like hidden gems all while learning about the city and Italian culture. We enjoyed the ambience, stories, the food and drinks. Come hungry to this tour, there will be plenty of treats! The tips and tricks about what to do and see even beyond the tour was also much appreciated. Great experience, good value for the money – highly recommended!

We had a great time with our guide showing us around the historical center of Verona! We especially appreciated all the different types of local food and wine we got to taste and felt comfortable asking about the most basic questions about Italian and local culture. It was also nice to have the story of Romeo and Juliet as a red straw throughout the tour. Great experience, we highly recommend it!

This tour was love at first bite! Anita and Sofia were incredible guides, including not only fascinating information about the setting of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet,” but also sharing Verona’s history, culture, and many other local hidden gems. The food and wine were outstanding, with each stop offering something unique to the area. This English teacher foodie absolutely loved every minute! After a day filled with amazing food, history, and laughter, I couldn’t help but think that if Romeo and Juliet had taken this tour, Verona’s most famous love story might have had a different ending.

What a wonderful experience today was! We learned about the history and beauty of Verona while the most famous love story ever written was woven into the fabric of our day! And then, to also experience true Veronese culture with food and wine in some of the most tucked away spots was such a delight! Anita went above and beyond to make our journey through Verona so special! We will definitely book again, both here and in her other cities! Truly a cultural and gastronomic time!
