När du promenerar genom charmiga gator delar din Guide med sig av historierna bakom de platser som lokalbefolkningen älskar. Du kommer att besöka en historisk Osteria för att smaka handgjorda köttbullar tillagade med tidstrogna recept, sedan slå dig ner i en välkomnande Trattoria för stjärnan i det veronesiska köket: Risotto all'Amarone, berikad med regionens uppskattade Valpolicella vin. Andrea was an amazing guide with current tips on how to enjoy the old town of Verona as well a brief bits of history that made for a perfect blend of information. The food stops were amazing, all small shops featuring local specialties. I revisited several of them on my own in my additional days in Verona and enjoyed their welcoming hospitality. It was a wonderful first-day introduction to the city for me.

It was very informative (thanks to our guide Romina Origano). She was very authentic, cheerful, and made the trip enjoyable. You can tell she loves the city and the people in it. She was also attentive and kept an eye on everyone's needs. Italy at its best. Bravo! The food and drinks were well chosen and truly delicious!
