The experience was great. Lucca, our driver, communicated well and was on time. He drove expertly. The vehicle was new & clean. We were graciously offered water to begin r very short journey which brings me to the issue of the cost. $100 was way too much for this easy 25 minute drive. I understand 'convenience & private', but would not recommend this service.
The Greenway team was great, from the contact to the driver. I was picked up on time and drived to my destination with care and attention.
There was a small glitch in the app that didn't let me choose the hotel as the pickup spot, but the operator messaged me and was able to get us at the hotel. The pickup was on time and went smoothly, and he made sure we had plenty of time to catch our flight. The ride was very comfortable and he even gave us water.
