Fantastic tour of the palace and prison. With the help of the guide we can understand and know better how the old Venice government headquarters was. An indispensable tour for those who want to know more about the city's past.
Very knowledgeable and in depth history lesson with a well informed guide.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and took her time telling us about history and wrangling our 2 young kids! Tour wasn’t rushed and provided an in depth history of the palace. Definitely recommend!
This was a wonderful tour. Francesca was a wonderful tour guide and we were lucky to have her. She gave us a wealth of information, while surrounded by amazing art and beauty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the tour also. It was a private tour for four of us, and well worth it.

We had an excellent tour of Doge’s Palace & Prisons with a top notch guide. She was super knowledgable, very high energy and very patient in fielding all our questions. She gave an excellent perspective of the history of Venice and workings behind Doge’s Palace and the Prison system. She was very helpful and took some pictures of us during the tour. We loved the beauty of the palace including some exquisite art work. Overall, a very worthwhile tour!

We did a private tour with Cristina and it was by far our favorite tour while in Venice. She has so much knowledge and passion for the history and really pointed out things to make you understand what the history and meaning behind the building, paintings, politics of it all. She was incredibly friendly and you could tell she knew exactly how to get the most out of the time in the tour
