The place was very crowded, but the guide did a great job moving us through. If you want to stop and see every piece in the museum, there is not enough time. You need to finish the tour then go back wards. This makes it a full day, so plan accordingly!
This was the perfect tour, and the best way to see the Vatican. Our guide Roberta was phenomenal. She was such a wealth of information, she kept our group, moving through everything smoothly, and made this a very enjoyable tour.. Her expertise in art history aloud for her to give us some information, we never knew, and my entire group was thrilled with the experience. If you’re going to the Vatican, this is the only way to go!

Despite the beauty of the Vatican visit, far too many people!!!. So that as soon as we were only a few meters away from the guide and well the earphones no longer worked. We couldn't hear all the explanations from the guide who was a little overwhelmed by everyone. And great disappointment also for not being able to visit St. Peter's Basilica because the visit was postponed the day before. Really bad.
Our guide Maria was great and was very accommodating. Very soft spoken, to the point explanations and knowledgeable. We will certainly recommend this tour.

Our VIP tour was combined with another provider, so that we did not find the name of the booked tour operator at the meeting point and almost missed the start. After calling we were assigned to the other tour. But the guide knew nothing about us. After another phone call to the agency, we got started. Unfortunately, the radio connection from our guide's microphone and our headphones was very noisy, so the entire group asked several times to speak louder instead. But that was impossible for the guide. so we only understood a little and could have gotten the explanations from the internet. We were unlucky?!

5. We had a very informative and insightful tour of the Vatican complex by Maria Teresa Franco our tour guide. I learned some historical facts about the early church and some interesting bits about the current Pope. I highly recommend MS Franco.

Our tour guide , Christina, with tours of Rome, was amazing ! She was super knowledgeable , smart, upbeat and kind. She made the full experience more meaningful by telling historical facts in a relatable way. We and the wonderful family who joined our group were all impressed with her ability to make dry subjects exciting! She ensured that each of us were comfortable and took extra time to explain and clarify both events and artifacts.
