I had an amazing experience! A special thanks to Viator for introducing me to El Rome Tours. Their customer support was outstanding—fast, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. St. Peter’s Basilica was absolutely breathtaking, and everything was smooth and well organized. I highly recommend El Rome Tours to anyone visiting Rome!
It was a Sunday and nobody to meet us to impart the audio guided tour. Entry on Sunday is free so we were able to enter the St Peter’s Basilica. Following a tel call to Vatra information was imparted but all far to late and conveyed poor initial service
I’m very happy with my experience with ElRome Tours and couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice. St. Peter’s Basilica was absolutely stunning, and I also visited the Tombs of the Popes. Without the clear directions and timely support from the ElRome Tours team, I would never have found the entrance on my own. Their customer support was incredibly fast, helpful, and always available when I needed assistance. Everything went smoothly thanks to their guidance. Highly recommended!

There were no clear instructions to the site. We followed the instructions given and it still took some time to find the guide. I would not recommend the self guided tour to anyone. The links for audio didn’t work at all. Tried a few times. Very disappointed as that is what we paid for. So we did our own tour but because everything is in italian, we didn’t understand a lot.
