Friendly and efficient process
The guys at via Germanico 28 are a rip off. We paid $125 each for a full English guided tour. The sales rep at the ticket stand on Germanico 28 gave us, a party of 7, a print up receipt for a Spanish guided tour. But he proceeded to send us on our way and told us that we had just a self guided tour. Because we didnt have a tour guide, we were not allowed into the Basilica. They are nothing but scammers. We were cheated out of the full experience. I would not recommend anyone to do any business at this location.

While at our office, there was no indication that you expected a guided tour or believed you had purchased one. It was only after seeing the Fast Track Entry details on the ticket that the request for a guide was raised. Unfortunately, the service delivered was exactly the service that had been booked and paid for. It is also important to note that Via Germanico 28 serves as a meeting point for several different agencies and tour operators. Based on the information available, it appears there may be confusion regarding which company the original booking was made with. We encourage guests to review their booking confirmation carefully, as the details of the purchased service are clearly outlined there. We always strive to provide accurate information and the services included in each reservation. In this case, the Fast Track Entry service and host assistance were provided as advertised. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM Terrible experienxe. We had a reservation at 9:30. They told us the tickets were not there. We had to wait till noon. We waited. Still no tickets. They said the only thing they could do would be to cancel. As if they were helping us. AGAIN, DO NOT BOOK
Great information provided by Brito - made our visit easy. We were able to skip a 2hour line, which was fantastic! They also gave us pashimna which we forgot to take with us
