The team was very accommodating. We had a member of our party is disabled. They arranged a taxi for us, and then called us to make sure we arrived well. They told us how to rent a wheelchair in the Sistine chapel.
We were treated very poorly by the operator. The logical thing would have been for them to email us the tickets like in all the other events I have booked through Viator and not have to go to an agency to have them give them to us. Furthermore, in this case they didn't give them to us, but rather forced us to go at a specific time and have them take us to the entrance of the Museum.
Representative took us right up to the door; no wait time!! I would have liked an audio tour.....my fault I didn't review the booking thoroughly. Thank you!
Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend getting this if you want to see these attractions. The line was 4-6 hours, having this you literally walked up with the tour person and they let you through. They say you need to cover your shoulders and knees but thats not true, they didn't say anything about it when we were inside.

Easily located to pick up the vouchers. Our guide walked us directly to the Vatican and gave us detailed instructions on how to enter. He made sure we made it through with all we needed and without having to wait at all. The lines were 2+ hours without this so I highly recommend!
A bit pricey but worth it to skip the lines, especially when hot, as you have to queue to buy a ticket and then queue again for admission. Vendor was friendly, booking was in order and accurate, and walked us to the entry to ensure we made it in.

Easy to find and use. They got us into Vatican right away at our scheduled time. Then we had all the time to ourselves to see the museum at our own pace.
