Vatikanmuseerna innehåller en stor konstsamling som är cirka nio mil lång fördelad på 1400 rum. Det är omöjligt att se hela samlingen på en dag. We called the tour company 2 weeks prior to our arrival date and spoke to a man who agreed to change our tour time to one hour later for the same day. He confirmed the change. When we arrived at that later time we were scolded and told they held the prior tour 15 minutes late waiting for us. They did not permit us to go with the tour that was an hour later. Our only choice was to go with a much later tour that day which was less expensive and we did not get any money refunded. It also impacted our dinner reservations. I would NOT recommend this tour company!
Very expensive and guide left us after museums! We paid for Sistine Chapel and Basilica too! Very disappointed!
With this knowledgeable tour guide we were able to take in key pieces in the Vatican Museum. Her knowledge of the fresco in the Sistine Chapel was superb along with Michelangelo and Raphael. Wove history and storytelling to provide a unique understanding of the Vatican Art. Due to the Jubilee year, the Basilica was not available from the museums but were fortunate enough to have time to exit the museum and walk around to St Peter Square and the Basilica. Do the tour earlier in the day in order to ensure the Basilica is still open. Walking shoes a must…see a lot in just 2 hours. If you have limited time in Rome, this your is a great option.

One day simply is not enough time. I could have toured for a full week. The tour guide was amazing and the company we used to book the tour took great care of us.

Vatican is really nice place but hard to enter! I met Shuvo and he did more than his best for giving me information and giuded me to take the right choices for Vatican day!! I highly recommend to ask for him to help you. he is amazing and passion💯

Our tour guide, Roberto, was a rock star! He was engaging, knowledgable, and made the tour both informative and fun. Could not have asked for a better guide. The only downside to this experience is that whoever oversees this process does a very inefficient job of organizing things. We had to go to one location to present our vouchers before being escorted to a separate location for someone else to then take us to the Vatican museum entrance. While there, we waited in line to get in. Every single Vatican tour advertises itself as "skip the line" so basically none of them actually help you do so. We waited over an hour before after our tour start time until we finally got inside the Vatican where our guide was waiting for us.
I really liked it. I imagined the most spectacular gardens. But just walking between them is wonderful magic. Not to mention the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. It's just MAGICAL!
Our guide Korberta was awesome. Explained so much to us. Answered our questions. We took our time I. Certain areas and she was patient.
Our guide Fred was very knowledgeable. He gave a great tour and made our experience enjoyable. I recommend this tour.
