There are an absurd number of steps up and down. It is very bad for people who have trouble with stairs. Also a very difficult thing to do if you have another date on the same day.
Worked well / tour guide made sure we entered in the right location. Tour as described / would recommend

What you buy here for the Vatican museum needs to be exchanged for real tickets at the stated location. Really easy! The path through the Vatican Museum to get to the Sistine Chapel is quite long… but it was great.
The Vatican was very nice but booking here was awful. We could not find where to meet the gentleman and he was extremely rude and demanding just expecting us to know where to go when the address took us elsewhere. Not to mention he was making us run and saying if you miss it you will not get your ticket. On the ticket the printed out it said the price was 28 euro and we paid well over that and got scammed. I’ve always booked with this app but after this experience I will be trying to look elsewhere every time because oh how me and my girlfriend were treated and scammed
Great to learn about the history and architecture. Get to the meeting place early. Our visit time changed so be prepared to be flexible. Our guide Angela was fantastic. Exceptionably knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had.

Had a great experience here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience, and I’ll be coming back again.
