Our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We had a lovely time learning about the history of Stellenbosch.
Nice and interesting with good intro to history
Juliana was friendly and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the founding of Stellenbosch and all its history. I would highly recommend this tour.

Johan, who works Thursdays and every third weekend, is an engaging guide with a clear, easily audible delivery. He flags up the points of interest and delivers his explanations simply and often with a wry sense of humour. He was not a time watcher which was great for us since we were much more interested in Stellenbosch than getting early to our lunch. We have done this tour several times with different visitors and if you are planning to do it I suggest you try to arrange it on a day that Johan is on duty.
It was a great experience...I learnt about the history of Stellenbosch and this was very educational to me. I love the history of the church on Church street too as well as preservation of the old buildings.

Marlene gave us an excellent introduction to the oldest part of the town, with historical facts and interesting stories. Definitely recommend.
