Our first guide and driver were terrific. We learned a great deal and enjoyed the banter, too. We got off at Granville Island and got back on in about an hour and a half and had a driver who was also the guide. He gave minimal information needing to concentrate on driving. I was afraid to ask questions because he was driving g in traffic. The supposed Chinatown stop was far from Chinatown. We have up on the trolley and took Lyft back go our hotel. In sum, quality of tour is not consistent.
Ryan and Chris were a hoot. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had the best rainy day with them.
I took the Hop On Hop Off city tour with my wife and daughter. We didn’t book, just turned up at the kiosk and was escorted to the trolley bus just before it was due to go. We were warmly greeted by Kenny and Maria and we were off. Throughout the tour, Kenny was commentating with great humour and knowledge and there was a lot of interacting with the passengers, which was a nice touch. Both Kenny and Maria were so helpful to everybody and they clearly enjoyed their work. We stayed on the bus for the whole tour so that we could get a good idea of where we might like to come back to on another day. Great experience. We all enjoyed it a lot.
We had an excellent guide It’s helpful to see the entire city while in Vancouver and this is an excellent way to do it!

Very informative and interesting. We had two guides, the second one was Brandon and Grant our driver. They were the best! Would be nice for them to run later in the day.

I got hurt while on the tour. Our guide and driver were so kind. They called an ambulance and waited until it arrived and I was treated. The owner came and made sure that I got a ride home. He checked with me the next. Wonderful gentlemen all
This was the best choice for not only simply getting around Vancouver (we did not have a car), but also learning fun facts about the major highlights. Each guide and driver we had was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and more than accommodating. We got the 48-hour pass, which we used many times. We would recommend this over the bus tour - personal service, live guide, less crowded. We would do this again in a heartbeat!
