We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding the departure time, but we strongly reject the version of events presented in this review. The coach departed according to the scheduled itinerary, and when you later came to our office, we explained that no refund was due. You were offered the possibility of submitting a formal complaint, which you declined. Unfortunately, the situation then went far beyond a normal customer complaint. You behaved in an intimidating and threatening manner towards a female member of our staff who was alone in the office, including discouraging other customers from booking with us. For this reason, the police were called. An official police report exists, and officers clearly instructed you to leave or you would be taken to the police station. We take threats, intimidation and defamatory statements extremely seriously. We will provide the relevant documentation to the Guardia Civil and consider taking further legal action. Every customer has the right to complain. What is not acceptable is intimidating or threatening our staff. Nofrills Excursions will always defend its employees.

We are pleased that, despite the initial confusion, you had a lovely day and enjoyed the extra time in Valldemossa and Sóller – and especially the orange ice cream! 😊🍊 We would, however, like to clarify the pick-up issue, as we have checked your booking records. **You were on our passenger list**, including the check-in list at our office, where you were correctly marked as present before joining the coach. Therefore, there was never an issue of your booking being missing from our system. The Viator booking information also provides the meeting/pick-up details, including **written instructions and a map**. We appreciate that navigating the Viator app and locating this information can sometimes be confusing, but the information was available with the booking. We're therefore sorry that you were left with the impression that we were not expecting you, because our records show precisely the opposite. Most importantly, we're delighted that once on board you enjoyed what you describe as an **“unmissable day”**. This tour is indeed a great choice for guests who prefer more time to explore Valldemossa, Sóller and Port de Sóller at a relaxed pace. 🌿🚋💙
