Njut av en dagsutflykt till tre av Toscanas mest ikoniska destinationer: Montalcino, hem för det berömda Brunello-vinet, Pienza, känd för sin Pecorino-ost, och Montepulciano, känd för sitt prestigefyllda Nobile-vin. Res genom UNESCO-listade Val d'Orcia ombord på en förstklassig luftkonditionerad minibuss med en Engelska talande förare och gratis vatten. Liten gruppupplevelse, max 8 deltagare. Observera att från november till april, och vid dåligt väder, kommer lunch att äga rum inomhus. För turer som avgår på måndagar serveras alltid lunch i en inomhusrestaurang. 08:30: Möt vår engelsktalande chaufför och låt turen börja!
09:45: Första stoppet blir i en stor vingård i Montalcino... Vingården ägs av en lokal familj och när du pratar med dem kommer du inte att ha känslan att besöka deras arbetsplats utan deras hem istället!...Du kommer att veta allt om Brunello di Montalcino: vingårdsteknik, vinframställningsprocess, lagring och naturligtvis hur man uppskattar det genom att dricka olika årgångar!
11:30: Njut av ett snabbt stopp på 15 minuter för att njuta av slottet di Montalcino och dess lilla centrum.
12:15PM: Framme vid Pienza, en påvlig by känd för sin Pecorino-ost, kommer du att ha chansen att njuta av en överlägsen lunch i ett före detta kloster av XV-talet och lite fritid.
2:45PM: Här kommer vi att guidas genom en historisk källare som heter "Den underjordiska staden" som ligger nere i en lokal vinbutik. Vid utgången från den underjordiska staden möts du av en provning av vin och andra matspecialiteter. Innan du lämnar vi kommer att se till att du har tillräckligt med tid att besöka det stora torget, placerad på toppen av staden, varifrån du kan ta de sista bilderna!

Beautiful scenery, lots of hilly walking, lots of time in 2 wineries & eating lunch. Villages exquisite but too much time on other pleasures

We had a great day. Mike was our driver and very knowledgeable with history and explained many things as we went from town to town. The wineries chosen were great! The guides there were wonderful, took their time to explain everything. We really enjoyed the experience.

We had a great experience! Our driver Sal was friendly, engaging and personable. He gave us lots of interesting facts about the area and was prompt and careful to make sure we knew what was going on. Our only issue was there was a little too much emphasis on the wine tasting and not enough time to see and explore the towns of Pienza and Montepulciano. The drive by Montalcino was no more than a “drive by” to get to the winery. We would suggest a little better balance between the exploring the hill towns and the wineries.
