We had a great tour. Alexander explained & showed us everything in a very pleasant way. We were able to visit many caves thanks to the brilliant boat driver! The doggy was also with us. Thank you both very much👍🏻
We were in Lagos about three weeks ago and did a boat tour with "Algarve Grotto Trips" along the coast and through the caves. It was just a beautiful and impressive experience. Seeing the landscape of the Algarve and the impressive caves from the water was truly unique. Everything was very well organized, and we felt safe and well looked after all the time. Our two boaters on board were great. They explained many interesting things about the coast, the grottoes and the surrounding area; very friendly, attentive and with a lot of enthusiasm. The tour was an absolute highlight of our stay in Lagos. Many thanks to the whole team for this unforgettable trip! We can highly recommend the boat tour with Algarve Grotto Trips.

We decided spontaneously to take a ride. A mega nice skipper and a wonderful landscape. The boat was pleasant and even the ship itself was in the best skipper hands. A beautiful experience. Definitely recommended.
This boat trip would take 45 minutes with a Dutch guide. The tour started 10 minutes late. There was no Dutch guide. He was sick, we were told. This is the 2nd time we have experienced this in our holiday. Both times the Dutch guide is sick. Too coincidental. We were allowed to move the excursion to another day. They should have told us about this in advance. Not until you're ready to leave. They had our phone number. Although nature is beautiful, we got the feeling that the guide was skimming everything on autopilot. A cave was only entered for a very short time. Just enough time to take a picture, but I couldn't look around anymore. We had left too late, but we returned right on time. Not too satisfied on several fronts. Meeting place is well explained. Good attention is paid to safety. Group size was good (10 people and 2 supervisors). Nevertheless, it is difficult to take photos without other (parts of) people in your photo. Beautiful nature Poor guidance Promised timeframe is not kept. Not beforehand informed about absence of Dutch guide
We took the boat trip in a small boat. It was a wonderful experience. The captain expertly guided us through the breathtakingly beautiful caves. He also provided a lot of explanation in a humorous way. Highly recommended!
Very good experience, the guide and skipper made the trip very pleasant, telling us curiosities from Portugal. I recommend this experience 100%.
We had a great time on our Algarve Grotto trip. It was a small boat with just our family of four, the captain, and Frank, the narrator. We learned a lot about the history of Lagos and were able to drive into a few of the caves and grottos. It was an hour trip, which was just perfect for our family, including two teenagers. Lagos is a special place with an incredibly beautiful coastline! I recommend this tour for an up close view.

The 2 guys who took the trip were great. They had lots of local knowledge. They told us lots of history. The guy driving boat had fantastic control. Would highly recommend this tour
