8 AM- Hotell plocka upp Vi besöker hemma hos Mahatma Gandhi, där han ledde den legendariska Salt mars 1930. Byggdes 1917 längs floden Sabarmati, bodde Gandhiji här i 12 år. Lär dig om Indiens frihetsrörelse och icke-våldsfilosofin genom att gå igenom dessa korridorer. Hans bostäder och hushållsartiklar alla berättar en historia!
Rana Veer Singh. Det finns en tragisk berättelse om drottningen i samband med denna brunn. Hon blev noga välbyggd även efter att hennes man besegrades i strid av Gujarats sultan, Mohammad Begda.
Hutheesing Jain Temple byggdes under en allvarlig hungersnöd för att ge anställning till hundratals skickliga hantverkare. Det finns så många som 52 helgedomar tillägnad Tirthankaras.
Vi besöker Siddi Sayidmoskén för att se det världsberömda "Tree of Life" som är gallerverk gjort på halvcirkelformiga båge. Detta motiv har blivit den oofficiella symbolen för Ahmedabad. Moskén byggdes år 1572 av Gujarat Sultanate i sina sista år av regel innan de förlorade till Mughals.

Thanks to dream team guide Anant and driver Gautam I experienced a truly perfect and taylor-made full day tour in Ahmedabad: it included all the mandatory stops, but also a stop so I could visit the textile museum (I had made my own reservation), multiple visits of Kulhad chai and breakfast stands (upon my special request), a fantastic Gujarati thali lunch (included in the price) and a visit to house of a local genius painter workshop. It was truly a perfect and memorable day. Thanks to everyone involved.
The tour was amazing and our guide, Malek and our driver, Mukesh helped to make it that. Lunch was spectacular as was the company. We learned a lot and feel very lucky to have had this experience.
Ahmedabad is great ! Would recommend to anyone visiting for a day trip and wants to see the highlights of the city. Doesn’t feel over touristy, feels like a real experience.
A wonderful way to see the city. Jamshed was a great guide and I felt I saw so much of the city in just one day. The stepwell was a total highlight. Lunch was also excellent.

I would highly recommend this tour. It was an amazing cultural experience. My tour guide, Malek, was excellent - very knowledgeable and provided me with the history and side stories of every spot we visited. Lunch was also delicious. I have fallen in love with Ahmedabad.
We went here for a dinner the food was amazing the staff was also really helpful to us named bornali for bringing us the cake for the bday today
I had the great pleasure of spending 4 days touring Unesco World Heritage sites in Gujarat with Anant. Anant is a very knowledgeable and well travelled guide with a great sense of humour. I also booked other tours in India with Five Senses and I can recommend them without hesitation
