This was the most beautiful experience you must do if you are visiting london. Wow my son and I were very impressed!! We spend about 2 and 1/2 hours just admiring London. I will definitely do it again if I come back. I recommend it.
We were able to go right in, no crowd which was good. I just did not find the experience very exciting

Once there, the entrance is on the lower floor (guards by the station entrance kindly assisted us). The QR code gets you through the gates and once in, there's only 1 way all the way up. We were lucky with the weather to appreciate the views of London.

The queue to enter was really short with hardly any wait time. The lifts to the different floors were super quick. The views were spectacular. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so worth it. It’s a must do activity if you’re exploring the capital.
It’s frighteningly high up with glorious views look for Chris he was very informative and even helped us with Tube directions to head home
We loved it !! A couple of days in London i booked it online saturday for sunday lunchtime.... brilliant ! Easy to book and very enjoyable George who did the talk in the shard was funny informative and a lovely helpful your gentleman The shard is amazing 😮.......

Fabulous 360 degree views of London! Easy access to entry point (used google naps to get tobthe locstion. Entryway is on the lower level behind the escalators. Had to ask for directions as it was not obvious on the ticket or google maps).
It was really fun and there were snacks and drinks to enjoy at the top. Although it was really busy and there wasn’t really anywhere to sit as there were lots of reserved tables. Is family friendly.

Was really looking forward to getting some sunset pictures , but unfortunately the glass was too dirty ,
