Det är en imponerande dag av vandring i Cordillera Vilcanota, "som är mycket nära det högsta och heliga berget i södra Peru som kallas Ausangate (6,377mts). Denna "Apu" bärare av liv är Väktaren av ett av de mest orörda ekosystemen i världen. Således kommer vår promenad att åtföljas av snöklädda toppar, glaciärer, hjordar av lamor och alpackor. Denna vandring erbjuder ett urval av vilda djur och mycket imponerande landskap. Detta kommer förmodligen att vara en av de bästa sakerna du kommer att se i ditt besök i Peru. Röda dalen är ett fantastiskt landskap som ligger nära Regnbågsberget i Peru. Den utmärker sig för sina intensiva rödaktiga nyanser, ett resultat av den höga järnhalten i jorden, och erbjuder en unik visuell upplevelse omgiven av berg och andinsk natur. Vi hämtar upp er på ert respektive hotell klockan 04:30 och börjar sedan vår otroliga äventyrskörning 2 timmar i vår mobilitet genom South Valley tills vi når staden Cusipata.
Vinicunca Mountain
I Cusipata njuter vi av en härlig frukostbuffé. När vi alla är klara fortsätter vi vår resa till stighuvudet (4 326 m) där de sista sträckorna ges för att slutligen påbörja en promenad på ca 2 timmar för en måttlig klättring. Ungefär kl. 10.30 anländer vi till vår destination Vinicunca eller Regnbågsberget (5 020 m). Här har du tillräckligt med tid att njuta av detta unika landskap än geografi. Om du vill besöka Röda dalen, observera att det är valfritt. Om du vill besöka den måste du informera Guiden innan du börjar vandringen. Det kostar inget extra att göra denna vandring men entréavgift till Red Valley ingår inte. Efter vårt besök på berget av färger återvänder vi till utgångspunkten, där vår privata transport väntar på att ta oss tillbaka till staden Cusipata, där vi kommer att njuta av en läcker frukostbuffé lunch, och efter en kort paus kommer vi att genomföra återresan till Cusco anländer cirka 16:30.

Amazing!!
So worth the early start! The scenery is so incredible its one of the most amazing things I have seen. And our guide Tito was awesome he brought all the right energy, made sure everyone was ok and let everyone go at their own pace. The breakfast and lunch are buffets so you can take as much as you need to keep you filled. The hike is quite hard especially if you also want to do the red valley bit (which you definitely should!) so make sure you are fit and healthy and have had a good nights sleep. Only downside was a lot of people suffered from the altitude sickness so the bus ride back was a bit miserable.

Review of the tour with Tito :)
The experience was amazing. Our guide Tito was really sweet, he explained us a lot about the Quechua people, he prepared us for the climb and was very supportive along the way. We could also experience the Red Valley if we wanted. We also got all of the informations before the trip. It was great that the van picked us up in front of our hostel. Amazing day :)

Best experience ever
Tito was the perfect guide! I recommend it x100000. Efficient and punctual pickup; lunch and dinner were delicious. And what can I say about the experience! Tito ensured everyone's well-being throughout the hike, as well as during the return trip by bus.

Well worth the drive from Cusco!
I had a fantastic time. The hike was not easy due to the altitude but totally worth it. If possible, do also visit the Red Vally and go the long way round (at your peril, if you are fit). Views are incredible. Our guide Tito was awesome and explained a bunch of stuff on the way. Bus was comfortable.

One in a lifetime experience
Very good, it wasn’t that hard that I imagined, the guide was awesome, very understanding and comunicating. He speaks english pretty good.
